I have been going to the Bridgeview Patio since it opened in 1977. Today's visit was my last. The food quality, preparation and service was horrible. I would be embarrassed to be the on duty manager or in this case (non-manager) who would allow its staff to serve food that was undercooked and cold. You may want to invest in new food thermometers. You need to get control of your business before people get sick.

This location runs like a well-oiled machine. And you wanna know what I think their best menu item is? Their soups. Omg, their soups are so delicious that I DEVOUR their cream of chicken rice soup ON SIGHT.
We chose this restaurant for a little family reunion. Love that our party of 9 was accommodated quickly by a friendly staffer there. I ordered ribs and a baked potato. EXCELLENT CHOICE! Ribs were tasty, perfection. Then I ordered a strawberry cheesecake, that too was delicious. Lastly - I was pleasantly surprised to know we could get a FREE soft serve ice cream cone. That too was the perfect size to compliment a large meal. Will be returning soon. Oh - staff are friendly, courteous and happy to see you.

Patio used to be a solid lunch option when you were in the area.Not any more.I had the barbecue bacon cheeseburger. The burger was over cooked to the point of being inedible. The bacon was barely cooked at all.This place needs to get itself in order
