It’s painfully obvious this place is trying to imitate Qahwah House, but without any of the quality, authenticity, or effort that made the original stand out.
The drinks are a complete letdown. Everything tastes rushed and poorly made, like there’s no consistency or standard. The chai was especially disappointing flat, watered down, and nowhere near what you’d expect from a place trying to position itself as premium.
On top of that, the pricing is honestly ridiculous for what you’re getting. You’re paying top tier prices for below-average quality, which makes no sense when there are so many better options around.
The overall vibe doesn’t help either. Instead of a welcoming cafe atmosphere, it feels unpolished and unprofessional. Customer service comes off indifferent at best, like they’re doing you a favor by serving you.
At the end of the day, this place feels more like a copy and paste business idea than something built with real passion or standards. There are plenty of cafes that actually deliver on quality, and this just isn’t one of them.

I stopped at this cafe for the first time and loved the coffee. But when I went back today and ordered a caramel iced latte, it was watery with a strong burnt taste. Really disappointing. Im not sure if I’ll be stopping again due to the lack of consistency.

Y’all really need to improve your rewards system. It’s basically $1 = 1 point, and you have to spend $150 just to get one “free” drink and max $8.. $8 is barely enough for a large ice latte with little to no customization! That doesn’t make sense or even sound right at all. I’ve been collecting points since 2024 and still haven’t even come close to getting that so-called free drink. Then you people wonder why Arabs are no longer boycotting Starbucks.

To say this place is phenomenal would be an understatement. I had the banana cream latte with almond milk and it was amazing. They don't make it too sweet like the big chain coffee shops, you can still taste the expresso and the flavoring they use, which is how a latte should be in my opinion. They offer sweetness levels if you prefer it more sweet. Great service, friendly employees/owners, and great atmosphere. I will definitely be back on the next cheat day. I love having places like this around.

The individuals here were extremely helpful and patient as well as polite while I tried to figure out a coffee that I was interested in! I found this coffee shop on TikTok and I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but I knew I wanted to try it and they took the time and patience to help me figure out one that I would love! The coffee was beyond beautiful and the atmosphere was amazing. They had a giving tree in there which really warmed my heart because I don’t see that very often and I love that they want to give to people and give other people a chance to give! Ended up going with the s’mores latte that isn’t even on their menu he made it for me and not many places do that! He was more than willing to make me my own coffee that wasn’t on Their menu! The coffee was honestly a perfect Balance between not too sweet and not too overpowering with the coffee flavor it was honestly perfect. It has such a good balance. Usually, I get coffees that are way too sweet or way too coffee for it and this was the perfect balance! If you love coffee, In a good atmosphere I definitely recommend this place
The Kanafeh latte and Tiramisu latte were perfect not too sweet and not too strong! Both were unique flavors and divine. The lotus cheesecake texture was alittle different but the coffee was great. The pistachio cheesecake is incredible: so flavorful and the cheesecake itself is so soft it melts in your mouth. They also have a prayer area which is amazing Edit: I’ve come back here multiple times and it is hands down my favorite coffee shop. Every drink is a hit! without being too sweet and still tasting like coffee! The customer service is kind and impeccable. The baristas are patient and helpful. Tried the strawberry shortcake latte, the pistachio cheesecake latte, and the banana bread matcha … all were incredible! The drinks always look how they’re advertised and you can tell each drink is made with care.

Don’t do curbside pick up if you can’t do curbside pick up, the reason I can’t come down is because I have kids in the car so curbside helps me. I had to get down and get my own drinks because nobody’s answering the phone or bringing it to the car. PLEASE Have better curbside service.

I’d like to take my time to appreciate the workers that where there between 1-4pm. I had placed an order, but once I was heading out the house I realized my toddler had gotten my keys and misplaced them. I picked up my order late due to that and the workers were very polite to remake it for me, and they were also polite with my 8yr old son who by the time helped me do the pick up. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE QAHWA Staff.!
