Kaylab I might be spelling the name wrong at White Castle on 79th Harlem was telling me I couldn’t use my 2 free sliders coupon because I didn’t have the receipt I explained I was told all I needed was the code and I’ve took an Uber just to get there which cost me $9 but she told me there was nothing she could do very rudely this was for a survey she asked if I had the app she could do it but it’s not on my app because it was a survey I’m not sure if this is how you all treat your customers at 79th and Harlem location only but it’s definitely a horrible experience for any loyal customer to go through I would definitely like a response to this complaint thanks in advance

Absolutely The Best White Castle. We've been to all of our local White Castles, there are 4 total within 5 miles of our home, and this location is always clean, restrooms clean, outside area clean, Exceptional Staff!, Frying Oil is fresh and the fried food doesn’t have oil after taste because their oil is taken care of regularly. I actually was at this location overnight hours while they were cleaning fryers. (We've been to some WC locations that you can not even eat the onion rings, fries, or cheese sticks because of the nasty oil, Ogden & Harlem is one of them - sack of rings horrid!, fries as well because of nasty oil) So, 5 plus Stars to Bridgeview Location!!!

First I want to thank the extremely kind employee that was working last night. We just left a funeral and needed kindness and smiles we received yesterday.
Out side of the amazing staff the food was a 10 out of 10. Soft bun made fresh, honestly best White Castle I have EVER had!
The locations near me could use some training from this location.
You all are 45 mins away from me and I’ll be driving to this location when ever I’m getting WC.
Its white castle. Great late night stop to satisfy that hunger. This location is great on service and very helpful and nice.

I like the sliders idea and the selections that they have. It’s just that the meat fillings are really too cute (i.e. small) like as thin as cardboard. The bread is delicious. The Impossible, is not recommendable. The fish is ok as well as the onion rings. The price is good. If it could improve the meats, it would’ve been better.
