We’ve been here multiple times as we live a few minutes away but this past Friday was the worst. As we walk in, the young lady at the door was as bland as plain toast…no smile, no small talk, not very inviting. Then our server, PM S?, also with zero personality. While he was mildly attentive, he seemed totally uninterested in ensuring we had what we needed and were enjoying our night. Also with no smile, no “how’s your evening” zero. While I get it, not everyone is the same and should care about everything, you would hope that staff that are the front line of your business would be on there game. Then the food - smash burger was good, sweet potato fries COLD…literally like they had been sitting on a plate for 15 minutes until burger & fish were done. Wife’s fish - we seriously think they just put the cod in the pan and over cooked it and added NOTHING for flavor! NOTHING! We saw other servers interacting with their patrons and giggling, smiling but not our table. I suppose everyone has an off day but really? We love the typical atmosphere there which is why we will go back but management should maybe keep an eye out on their workers to ensure they are somewhat engaging with their customers and not all pouty….that’s what customers are looking for!

Manager wouldn't do anything about a table of screaming kids during trivia night no matter how many people complained. We couldn't even hear any question being asked but manger wouldn't do anything about it and kicked us out for saying something when he wouldn't do anything about the table of screaming kids... we will NEVER be back if it is managed like that. For everyone that is thinking about going here dont unless you want the atmosphere of a Chucky Cheese when you eat, then this is the perfect place for you since management doesn't care.

I had the Mexican Cobb Salad on a patio during dinner. My food was tasty, it was filling (generous portions), and good service. You can’t beat that view on the patio. Can’t wait to come back and explore the rest of the menu.

The food at the oaks is good, the management however, the worst I’ve ever experienced. The manager of this establishment is the least likable person I’ve ever came across. He is not at all someone to be in charge of leading, and certainly not someone to be in customer service. He doesn’t know how to take constructive criticism, and does not care about providing proper service. This used to be a great restaurant as Kennedy point, but this man single handily ruined the establishment. My family and I came to get a refreshment after golfing, and he turned us away at the door due to our last visit. The service at our last visit was horrible, with no excuse as the restaurant was nearly empty. The food was all brought out at the same time, appetizers with the main meal, and because they were out of a side, they did not offer to get us anything instead, but rather threw a random side on the plate without checking in with us as customers. A person in my group kindly suggested that the service was not as we expected, and they were rather disappointed in what this restaurant has come to. The managers response to this situation was to take away our food, and tell us to leave. He did not, in any way say we were not welcome back. In fact, I remember him saying he was looking forward to seeing us again. It’s sad to see this business be led by such an awful manager, I hope in the future he learns what being in customer service is about.

I was at The Oaks Grille for a wedding rehearsal dinner for your granddaughter. First, when I entered the clubhouse, the young man vacuuming with a cordless vac, stopped and offered to walked me too the event room.when I asked for direction. No one else had arrived yet, so I went and relocated my car closer. The fun and festivities began, the rooms filled with friends, families, food and fun! Not only did the barkeep make good cocktails, but the food was all so, so fresh and simply delcious. I did go back for seconds on the chicken!

Attended a group meeting there and had dinner. Was surprised how wonderful the food was. Fresh, fried chicken breasts, not the frozen, pre-breaded. The steak fries were thick and crispy. The food came out hot. The price was comparable to anywhere else. I've already been back a second time. Highly recommend.

Friendly, casual to upscale casual atmosphere. Family-friendly with excellent food & service. Live local music on the weekends too! The Blackberry Old Fashioned is superb!
Stopped in for a burger and some loaded baked potato soup yesterday and it was delicious!!! I am here all the time for golf and will now be making a point of sticking around for food afterwards. Great service as well!!!

A lot of people think this is just a golf course but it’s one of the best restaurants around in the area!! Great prices, good amount of food, and it’s always delicious! The owner, manager and staff are great people as well! Highly recommend!

The Oaks Grille is great. You can go for drinks or drinks and food. They have different specials, all creative. The best part is the staff, each and every one of them is personable and fun.
George is a manager that actually helps the team. They work together to make your experience enjoyable. If you have an issue they correct it with a smile. I always know it will be worth the money we spend here. We go at least twice a week. Oh and the desserts are wicked good. ❤️
