Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I ordered a separate side of Cajun fries with my food, I got the bag and it didn't look like the separate side was in the bag and I asked the person working the window if it was in the boxes with the food. He said it was and when I got home and opened up all the food, of course it wasn't. Nobody wants to sit there in their car and open all of the food looking if the order is correct. On top of that have an employee bold face lie. They are not answering my calls for the missing food. Terrible service, just lost a long time customer

The company posted 4 videos on Tik tok of their employees being harassed, berated and undergoing racist remarks. Charley’s only seems to care about the views their tik toks garnered. They have yet to address how they will ensure the safety of their employees, policy change, compensation/recognition for those affected. But hey, they got some view on Tik tok at their employees physical and mental expense :)

Their sandwiches are so good! We normally buy to take out and eat at home but have also eaten there. This is a great choice for a quick bite!

The food was good, the atmosphere was welcoming, the customer service was great. It wasnt a long line or wait for my food. Bathroom was also clean that's a plus!! A bit pricey but overall good place to eat.

For the price I paid my food should have been way better one of my sandwiches didn't have a lot of meat and I ordered wings and they where horrible the lady behind counter acted like she didn't want to make them over and was rude when she did remake them won't be coming back

Amazing service i especially love there chicken philly cheese sandwich I have never tried it before but when I did it was amazing the taste the ingredients all fresh I can’t eat meat so this was an awesome alternative for me
