Everything was terrible about the order. Used a coupon, didn't receive the coupon price. The chicken was dry with barely any cheese in the cheesesteak. Ordered a cheese steak with onion, peppers and mushrooms - only 1 piece of onion in entire $13 large sandwich. $10 for 10 nuggets half covered in sauce - what a rip! Worst experience at a restaurant in a while, they should close.

Really enjoyed the time I spent here. The food was amazing and so was staff! I couldn’t help to notice one tall dark black hair lady with a pin in her hat was overly demanding and rude to the rest of the employees.

The food was good and the workers were on top of everything. However, this one worker named Kayla wasn't even helping and was like a dog barking orders. She made my dine in experience uncomfortable.

I recently visited Charleys Cheesesteaks with my church's youth group, and we had a great experience! The food was delicious and served promptly, even with our larger group. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend for both small and large groups!

This was a huge disappointment spent $50 to get my family dinner. No pickles, too much mayo, chicken was dried out, too much teriyaki worse experience. I will take the drive to palos next time
