Turkey is smoked toooo much...taste is artificial....I want plain u smoked turkey sandwich ...bread even had smoke taste ..why over the top and does not taste good made like this .I couldn't tell even if it was turkey..please don't assume everyone likes smoked taste that is overpowering...make plain and smoke .. don't assume..left terrible taste in mouth afterwards too.. disappointed wrecked a good turkey sandwich had to throw out because of this

Cozy place with delicious homestyle Cajun meals, bbq, and new specials everyday! The voodoo lounge is spacious with a large bar and plenty of dining space. Great place to bring groups and family and the bar offers a wide variety of fresh made cocktails and craft beers.

I want to start by saying that the food at Chuck’s never disappoints. This is our go-to place once or twice a week after my son’s soccer games, and we usually love coming here.

Unfortunately, today the service was so bad that it completely took away from the experience and made it hard to enjoy the food. As a server myself, I always do my best to give great customer service, so when I go out to eat, I naturally expect the same level of service I provide to my own customers.

Our server, Deziree (I learned her name from the bill), was very dry and not customer-service friendly. She didn’t introduce herself and asked if we wanted drinks while placing the menus down, without giving us a chance to even look at them. After taking our order, we only saw her twice—once when the food was dropped off and once when we received the check.

I had to get up and get my own sauce, and I also had to walk to the bar on the other side of the restaurant just to ask for water because my son had finished his drink and was almost choking with nothing to drink. That should never happen.

This was a really disappointing experience. As a server, I usually tip very well—often more than 20%—because I like to make someone’s day. Today, even though I felt bad, I left the tip I felt matched the level of service provided.

I hate to say this, but experiences like this make me question whether I’d continue coming to Chuck’s. What’s the point of having great food if you can’t enjoy it due to poor service?

We were wanting BBQ ribs and decided to come here for the first time, food was amazing as was the service and the menu prices were very reasonable. We’re definitely coming back!

Bacon cheddar burger was very bland and dry, had to put bbq sauce on it just to eat it, had to use restroom as soon as I got home. Will not be revisiting
