All DD have poor management. Be smart. Prioritizing customers is important.

Leslie was very unprofessional. They made my drink incorrectly and then refused to fix it. I've worked in retail and food service for almost 20 years and never received so much trouble regarding a mistake that was on the seller's part. Every other time anything like this has ever happened at a Dunkin let alone any other fast food location it would have been taken care of without hesitation. Not only was there hesitation but she fought with me for over 10 minutes regarding the drink. After threatening to speak with her morning manager she finally said that she would help me at that point I didn't trust that my drink would not be messed with. Never had a problem at this location before.

I came through the drive through, and I was told that I can't get a senior discount for my mother that is disabled and can't come here herself when I come here everyday and I get ice coffees all day, I didn't want no deal on the Cape.I don't understand why she's making it so difficult to just ring it up.Separate , so then my mother could get her discount
The girl Angela that is here tries to make her own rules and tries to speak for everyone in the store.I would love to speak to another manager to get further clarification, because I come through the drive. Through everyday and I bring up the same order all the time. And no one could tell me that if they put a promo on the receipt, I can't make 2 separate orders at the drive through that is ridiculous. I've worked a Dunkin for 10 years. And I've never seen an attitude on someone like this lady. Honestly, she needs to. Reality, check and in a demotion for her attitude in trying to problem solve.I just told her reference.Please do this for me.She hit me with an attitude right away.She will be hearing from me again.Because I would love to contact the person that owns this store.Thank you very much.

Waited in line over 10 mins to get to the window and be told…. U didn’t order at the speaker. No cause no one ever got on the speaker for me to order….was told I have a line behind you can’t take ur order you have to go by an older Hispanic woman. Thanks Dunkin!

This place every time I go there to get app to go to work and get my coffee. They always got an excuse that the systems are down the system's upgrading and it's different times of the hours, so I think they just don't want to work at night. Cause you go to other Dunkin' Donuts in the area. They say the same thing about these people. But you buy coffee from them. They never tell me systems are updating, and the manager's really ruled. She claimed she's the manager. I don't think she is. She hangs up the phone in my face. Real nice contribution to your consumers

Horrible service I went in yesterday about 825 that they were still open. They were supposed to close at nine and then leave the 24 hour drive-through open so I try to open up the doors. There is two people and they’re just standing there watching me, smiling and laughing, neither one of them bother to say oh we’re closed so I had to put my grandchild back in the car for ice cream. They said they didn’t have it so I asked for the creature creation or something like that. They act like they didn’t know what I was talking about Caramel coffee, hot coffee and I said I did not want it with hardly any sugar in it and a mocha latte. I receive both of them. The caramel coffee was so sweet. I could barely taste of the other latte was warm. I could’ve made better coffee at home. I asked if the owner still owned it because I knew who he was and the guy said I don’t know who the owner is. He was just being rude. It was horrible service. I tried calling several times so I can take this coffee back to them and no answer , it’s ridiculous. 13 almost $14 down the drain this place used to be great why it has horrible service now but the two that were working there yesterday was horrible service my cups smell like perfume both of them so Dunkin’ Donuts you get this review please refund me my money or get me out her new coffee order. I’m going to report to the corporate as well .

Quick to cut you off while ordering thinking they know what I want. Couldn’t understand my order and sighs “OMG” just because she didn’t understand. Wasn’t even a difficult order.

The girls who work there are rude and treat customers poorly.There are two short girls who treat me very badly
Tried to go at a little before 10pm, well before the time when computer systems restart or the graveyard shift takes over. I'm a night owl so I'm familiar with fast food places being cash only for a bit around 2-3am. Was told only taking APP orders. I came here only because I had a coupon, and won't ever come back. Night shift just plain refuses to work. Good thing Andy's was open. They got my business instead.

Well I went to Dunkin donuts to enjoy my Father's Day with my family. I tried to order my coffee for myself, my family wanted to treat me with a separate order as we were in the drive-thru. In the drive-thru you have to come in very ruthly. Might I add when I explain to her that I was in the car with my kids who was tried to do something nice for me and it was a separate order. She coped an attitude and said again sir you have to come inside at that point. I asked her to cancel the whole order and she said fine. That's your choice which it is my choice. I went down the street to the other Dunkin donuts on 79th and Roberts and was treated with kindness, compassion, greeted with a happy Father's Day and able to have my separate orders and a drive-thru. The customer service here is appalling I will not be visiting again
