I tried Emilio's for the first time today. I will definitely be back! I ordered a thin crust with sausage, mushroom, green pepper, and black olive. The crust was good and held the weight of the toppings. There was the perfect amount of sauce. I point these things out because in my opinion, if a pizza is too saucy, or the crust is mushy/saggy, it's aggravating. It's just too messy.
