This place is obsurd can the owner be more greedy! Prices are outrageous for example down the street literally at the oak lawn location a medium steak costs me 6.69 while at this joke of a place its 8.24? Come on u cant even give me a reason to why its more expensive. Ive gotten into arguments with the oowner about it to. Ill drive out of my way to save some money and you should too

Love the sandwiches but 2 out of 3 time that I have been here I ask for extra onion and mustard on the large hook and ladder sandwiches and when I got home both times they didn't have any. But I'll still keep going here just got to double check the order before driving off to home.

Ordered a turkey and pastrami combo and it was not what I was use to from firehouse sub the sandwich was not made properly and when I questioned her about it, it seems to agitate her so I'm disappointed with the food and service will not spend my money there again and management or owner if you read this a staff can make or break your business just know that I will not ever set foot in your establishment again! !!!

Far most the nastiest restaurant I ever been to! Walked back to the bathroom garbage everywhere and bathroom filthy! Always running out of product. Have you looked behind the counter? NASTY! Food everywhere and the workers not doing nothing but sitting on there a*** (They really have a bucket they sit on right by the counter) I will NEVER EVER eat there or recommend!
