The name of the restaurant is 2 Volcano, not Japan Hibachi. The area where they kept the food was dark and trays were mislabeled, they had a section where you scoop your own ice cream and the ice cream scooper was sitting in light brown water with food sitting in it, and the food was overall cold and had bad a texture. The staff was nice but the food quality was bad. I wouldn't make the trip back here again.

Not a bad spot but I tend to go later in the day and a lot of the food is very old and dry and overcooked. I'm sure if you go earlier in the day this probably wouldn't be a problem. I enjoy the large sushi selection. The wait staff is normally very nice. It was under $30 for 2 people, not including a tip.

Great hot food with the addition of tempura! Woohoo! There are also tacos with some fixings available.
Came by in the afternoon the food is ok need more selection of sushi maybe the food will change for dinner

It's called 2 volcano now. Not sure what happened but the buffet looks pretty much the exact same inside. More food options to choose from. Better food than before actually. More flavor and juicy food. Sushi is awesome. I highly recommend trying this place.

I understand that this may not have been the best day for the buffet but. The food was cold and the food area was really dirty. We had some chicken sticks that instantly turned my stomach. On a positive note The sushi was honestly the best thing there since it was fresh. very well prepared and great rotation. But the rest was just wrong.
