I went in the other day and the manager was horribly rude to my father and mother. The young boy messes up the Bionico and instead of making a new one the manager just tells the boy to dump into another cup and to finish it off the way it was supposed to be. Just awful service from them. Never will I go back to this Michoacana. They need to learn respect. One of the worst ones I’ve ever been to.

The employees here are rude compared to other La Michocana locations, we were having our order taken when the girl at the counter saw someone else and just stopped taking my order mid sentence to help someone else. I made it all the way to the register and they're still gonna ask me did anyone help you? The answer was no because of how rude that staff member was and how no one else was paying attention.

Asked for 2 different items. One medium and one large. Got the same size cup. When I asked about the sizes but made up some bull that it depends on the item for the sizes. Not going back. Lazy staff.

I have only been in locations out the suburbs before this. This store was fabulous. Amazing selection, the taste I expect, and great staff.
They prices are super high 2 corns in a cup and 2 champurados 25.68 are they crazy

My family and I went in Tuesday October 8th at around 8:30-8:40 and we waited for a while before any of the employees took our order. When one of the girls in the black shirt, cap, and glasses was taking the order she was very rude and she was clearly annoyed at having to serve us. Before that she made a comment to her coworker stating sarcastically, “oh great there’s more 🙄” referring to the line of people forming because nobody was taking any orders. I understand some of the girls were busy, but she was plain unprofessional and continued to be dismissive even when handing off our order to the cashier. The cashier was however nice to us no complain there.
