My family and I went in Tuesday October 8th at around 8:30-8:40 and we waited for a while before any of the employees took our order. When one of the girls in the black shirt, cap, and glasses was taking the order she was very rude and she was clearly annoyed at having to serve us. Before that she made a comment to her coworker stating sarcastically, “oh great there’s more 🙄” referring to the line of people forming because nobody was taking any orders. I understand some of the girls were busy, but she was plain unprofessional and continued to be dismissive even when handing off our order to the cashier. The cashier was however nice to us no complain there.
Horrible customer service, asked for a bigger cup for my daughter so her ice cream wouldn’t spill and they said they couldn’t I offer to pay for the cup and didn't even get the one we wanted. She was struggling to eat her ice cream because they put the small cup in a larger cup
