First time trying out this place and we loved it. The place itself is very nice and very well kept up. The staff is super nice and friendly! Everyone was very warm and caring. They have a great food selection from your breakfast classics to burgers and sandwiches. My wife ordered the Denver omelet and I ordered the egg Benedict with a side of avocado. For my kids we ordered the Mickey mouse pancakes that they absolutely loved with 2 pieces of bacon and the banana foster french toast for all of us to try. We also ordered a hot chocolate for the kids that looked and tasted delicious! We loved every single dish! We felt as if everything was cooked perfectly. It seems that they take their time making the food and dont rush it even thought they were busy. Food didnt take too long so it was perfect. Prices are very reasonable. Definitely found our new breakfast spot.

They are always friendly, fast and delicious! The only odd thing that recently happened is a $1 charge for flavored creamer. I've never had a restaurant charge me for this.

I placed an order to go. Was informed that there was a $3.00 to go charge and a gratuity would be added on the order cause it was over $100.00. After I checked the receipt, $18.35 was the gratuity. I thought it would be maybe $5.00. Very disappointed. Had I known this, I would have come into the restaurant and ate there had them provide me with service. I am a senior and that was definetly not right. I've already instructed my family not to get me gift card from Maple and Jam.

I cannot say enough about Michelle and her crew at Maple and Jams. I had an issue with a GrubHub order last week and Martin an employee of Michelle's went above and beyond taking care of it this week. He's a keeper! The food is always delicious and I will definitely be back. Burbank is lucky to have you!

Portions are sized for any appetite and a shout out to the manager didn't get name but much love showed. We will return before we leave. A little gem that should be checked out.

It was my first time here and it definitely won’t be my last. Stopped by with 3 friends and it was packed! We were seated quickly though and Michelle took such good care of us! Highly recommend the Oreo milkshake or any of the crepes if you’ve got a sweet tooth. The country style skillet with gravy was delicious..definitely looking forward to trying the Eggs Benedict on my next stop
