First time trying out this place and we loved it. The place itself is very nice and very well kept up. The staff is super nice and friendly! Everyone was very warm and caring. They have a great food selection from your breakfast classics to burgers and sandwiches. My wife ordered the Denver omelet and I ordered the egg Benedict with a side of avocado. For my kids we ordered the Mickey mouse pancakes that they absolutely loved with 2 pieces of bacon and the banana foster french...

I placed an order to go. Was informed that there was a $3.00 to go charge and a gratuity would be added on the order cause it was over $100.00. After I checked the receipt, $18.35 was the gratuity. I thought it would be maybe $5.00. Very disappointed. Had I known this, I would have come into the restaurant and ate there had them provide me with service. I am a senior and that was definetly not right. I've already instructed my family not to get me gift card from Maple...

I cannot say enough about Michelle and her crew at Maple and Jams. I had an issue with a GrubHub order last week and Martin an employee of Michelle's went above and beyond taking care of it this week. He's a keeper! The food is always delicious and I will definitely be back. Burbank is lucky to have you!
