The Burbank location is my favorite McDonald's. My orders are always correct. The drive-thru runs smooth. The restaurant is clean. Staff is friendly and polite. Marcos is always very pleasant in the morning. Best coffee

Gave me 2 hash browns and a steak bagel i ordered 2 mc muffins, at this point pay the workers under minimum wage cant do simple task like go over my order at the first window or have a copy of the order receipt on the bag

I had a mix up with my order and was disappointed and izable was checking table to table if everyone was good, when she arrived at my table and asked if everything was good and I was honest with what happened she took care of what I need and turned my whole experience around and I'm glad that they came to me and asked I really need that honestly 🙏🏽
NATALIE NEEDS AN attitude ADJUSTMENT yelling at grown people we ople is a NO NO. So the restaurant manager or corporate needs to respond to this review on how to get in contact with ne for a formal apology. NATALIE NEEDS TO BE FIRED

When you actually get your food correct it’s fine. I ordered on the app, parked for curbside check in, went to submit my spot number and the app stated that my order had been cancelled. I checked my email and did not have an email that the order had been placed so I figured it was a sign from my dieting gods that I didn’t need it. I still was in the spot for at least 5 minutes debating placing another order and checking my email. I got home and discovered the email was in my spam folder and I was charged. I submitted a request to corporate for a refund of my $4.51 purchase….that was over a week ago and I am still waiting. They just keep telling me with every contact that the franchisee is responsible for the refund, well the request was submitted to them (according to their corporate) over 5 days ago, still nothing….

Service is horrible always making mistakes I stopped here several times order from the drive-thru and I'm always short sandwich Ori fry the manager gives you a hard time replacing your food that they didn't bag I even ate inside and they always get the order wrong horrible service I would not recommend this McDonald's drive to the next
