Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Incredible meal, incredible value. This is great, even compared to the high standards of other Olive Gardens. We had Adrian as our server and i couldn’t recommend him highly enough, he should be running the place!

One small but important piece of feedback: the bathrooms don’t have paper towels and have pull doors, so for those hygiene conscious of us, there’s no method to avoid touching the door handle. I would suggest either paper towels, a push door or one of those foot things to pull the door.

Update: went back and new manager, wait staff is better and do is the cook.

Placed a order for pick up lady not only gave my order to someone else accidentally then proceeded to ask did someone else come get the order. As if some magically person came into the 4 spot while i was there the whole time for 30 minutes waiting for my order.

Honest workers. I forgot my purse and the man who cleans the table came running out to give me my purse. I am so appreciative of their honesty.

The Server didn't come around to check on us that often, booth wasn't as clean I thought it should be.

Very bad experience
Come here want to try the never ending pasta, we sat down right away and it took 40 min for the water to come, I actually want soda, but they said their soda machine broke down, took 45 for the silverware to come , 55 min for the pasta to come. The server was nice keep asking do we want to refill for the bread stick or the soup every 10 min, but we just want our pasta, at the end while I want to pay, they charged me 2.99 for the game on the iPad while we waiting for the food, but there are no sign or nothing to say about when you start touching the game button it will automatically charge 2.99
the whole experience was bad, maybe I should have gone to a different location.

Luis H was the best Waiter. He made our visit memorable. My daughter and I come here almost every week and he's the best so far. He kept coming to the table to ask if we were okay plus he has positive energy. He also made sure we had refill on our drinks and food. Thank you Olive Garden for having an excellent employee like Luis H.

Our server made us feel like we were at the nicest restaurant in does Chicago land area. Kudos to him and management for maintaining that level of service these days!!
