Is there a 0 star?!? I went there this morning. The place was very dirty!! The manager was very rude. Got dirty looks as I walked in. NOT ONLY THAT BUT, I GOT FOOD POISONING!!!!

Tried their new Flatbread. Pizza and it was delicious. Also had a very tasty Bear Claw for dessert. Everything was most yummy. Staff very friendly. It was a good experience.

I keep trying to give this a shot but no. Literally didn’t put the lid right on my soup so when I took my bag of soup out the bigger bag it fell through on the ground.

I stopped there yesterday. The place is very dirty. There were flys inside the building. And their prices are high. You can go to several places in the area that do not have flys and save some money. This is the one and only time I will go to this place. What a ripoff.

This panera is a pretty good franchise. The service is good. People are pretty friendly. The tables are usually cleaned very quickly and thoroughly. Parking lot is frustrating when there is an Amazon truck blocking cars and you cannot get out. The food is consistently good. My favorite is the avocado melt. Overall the menu is good. I could eat here any day of the week.

Once again we went to order dinner and they were out of baguettes, avocados, and ALL the soups. It was only 7:00. My mind is just blown away by how badly this Panera is run. Ordered from the Oak Lawn one they had everything. I'm not sure if this Panera is scared to have left over food or what the deal is but WTH???

Ordered 2 poppyseed strawberry salads and when I got home there was no dressing. Mmmm dry salad yum. I don't mind paying for the overpriced salad but besides the high price I didn't get what I ordered? It must be so difficult to make a salad!

Four points to make: 1. Panera's turn to "clean" food has done them in. My favorites are gone. The sandwiches that are left are overpriced and not very good. Case in point: Their Italian sandwich used to be of manly proportions and quite tasty. Naturally, they changed it. For the same price they made it smaller by about 50%. They put it on smaller bread. Then they served it hot. It got worse and worse until I stopped ordering it. They used to have a Chipotle Chicken Sandwich that was excellent. Because some ingredient was unpronounceable by high school graduates or something, they deep 6'd it. 2. I do love the drinks. I'm a huge fan of the Agave lemonade. Mmmmm... 3. I'm sitting here on a Sunday afternoon trying to get some work done. People around me are trying to talk, but we are all hampered by the music. They often have the music turned up so loud that it discourages conversation. It's sort of silly, but I have to have my earplugs in order to work quietly. 4. Service here is quite satisfactory. Management, however needs to learn that a room full of dirty tables is their signal to CLEAN THE TABLES.

There was only one time I was missing dressing on my salad, but otherwise I come in here for take out about once every few months and they always do well in both service and quality. All employees I've come into contact with have been friendly and efficient.

I had a very unfortunate experience at Panera tonight. Upon arriving, there was an extremely long line.It was 4:30 PM (I would assume dinner rush time) and only one person working the register. Myself and two others decided to use the ordering kiosks instead. None of the "done" buttons were working and the touch screen was malfunctioning as well. So, after much frustration and time wasted-we had to assume that the machines seemed to be out of service. There wasn't any note or employee to let us know. After I got into the even longer line to place my order (and I only had limited time to eat in the first place) I found out they were out of lettuce and avocado. Again, a note would have been appreciated. My friend also ordered a latte and it took her about 15 minutes to receive her coffee. I was very disappointed overall and not quite sure if I will return.

I made a large order of 32 lunches and they made it super easy! They didn't have an issue taking my order over the phone even though it was a busy time for them. I called them back to change my order and Jamie made it painless! I love this Panera. The food is great and the service is impeccable. Thanks Jaime!

Ordered a Southwest Chili Lime salad for lunch. I like Panera’s healthy selections and eat here several times a month.
