I usually order online and do a pick up at Panera Bread. This particular location, however, has gotten so bad as far as the staff. I arrived, 10 min after the app said my food was ready. Every staff member I encountered from the moment I walked in, was so dismissive and rude. I stood and waited forever for my food, I did see a female worker, packing what looked like my order and then she just threw it to the side. Finally, one of the cooks, noticed I had been waiting forever and asked my name...he then politely handed me the very same bag, that the female had previously tossed aside. So basically if you dont mind a rude, long wait...the food is amazing.

I think the person taking your order should always ask you if you have a rewards phone number to put in because often I forget and lose out on my points.

I went through the drive through and they again forgot to include my full order. I didn’t check the bag like I usually do because I was in a rush. Please check your bag before having to drive back home and finding out your order isn’t complete.

Hey Panera,
Tried calling five different times today but nobody ever answers. You missed three asiago bagels in my order today. I tried to give you the benefit of doubt but as stated called at five different times and no one answered. I was going to also place a $450 catering order but no one answered so I could ask my two questions either.... I'll be by in the morning to pick up my bagels. Please watch your camera if needed to show your employees shorting my order.

Not the closest Panera for me, BUT I definitely prefer this location because it has a spacey layout, friendly staff, it's clean, and customers from all backgrounds and ages come in. It's great to work in as well as wind down after a busy work day.

Recently went for bagels.. when you first walk in the place is really dirty, floors are sticky, tables aren’t clean, the employees they don’t wear gloves when handling food. I’ve witnessed one employee swatting flies with a bag that they put food in. I won’t be coming back.

This location has greatly improved in the past year. Sure they make mistakes. They are human. But their staff seems to work hard and are very friendly.
