Always reliable! My local store has always had my order ready on time, accurately! Fresh and hot from the oven, no skimping on toppings. Is it the best pizza on the planet? No, but it is my fave budget chain with that stuffed crust and garlic butter dip! True deep dish chains like Lou Malnati's are in a separate category, you can't compare apples to oranges.

Food is what you'd expect it to be. Last three orders were not correct. I've ordered here in the past without issue and gave them benefit of doubt first two times; possibly a new employee, possibly a bad day. We're all human. Happened a third time (exact same order everytime, same things missing everytime) so I figured I should bring it up but it's impossible to do. Online brings you to the page to order food, number brings you to an office in the Philippines to take your order. Finally got through and was told I need to bring it up the same day for them to be able to do anything about it, ie., make a new pizza. If you haven't read the previous comments- they take forever (carry out is quick and ready in ten mins, but when something is wrong and it's cold out I'm not going back out for your mistake and would expect a delivery. Maybe that's just me). I'm not going to wait an hour for you to remake a pizza after I already waited an hour. His response after I went through the whole story was, "I mean, if you put in the order now, we'll make sure we do it." I was really craving it tonight, and I have $12 in rewards sitting in my account right, but I won't support that.

What's the purpose of selecting a delivery time if it means nothing, and the pizzas are delivered more than 30 minutes after the chosen delivery time! It makes me even angrier that I pre-tip in anticipation of good service, only to be placated with meaningless apologies for the poor service! Then the driver calls asking where I am despite my detailed description in the online order which should make it unmistakable. This is why businesses fail and stores close. Abysmal customer service!
Order online, and when I get there, pizza is not ready. I wait another 35 mins. More. On my car. Total like 1 hrs and 5 mins.. for mobile order..
Besides, the store is full of smoke. ..

I’m so tired of this place messing up.
I’ve ordered from here multiple times and they ALWAYS forget the drippings sauce I mean to the point where I tell my husband to open every single box before he walks out of the store. Tonight was the last straw. Ordered food to watch the mike Tyson game and we’re in a rush going to multiple food places so we didn’t have time to check the box. THEY SHOULD but obviously didn’t because again we didn’t get the included dipping sauce for breadsticks. How are you gonna eat plain breadsticks? MIND YOU I tipped pretty well for this order too. So I called and the manager said he would only refund one of the 2 breadsticks orders. I’m DONE with this place. Even when I do get them, theirs hardly ever any garlic sauce on the sticks anyways. Horrible service and absolutely horrible management.
