This place is such a scam! I asked my husband if he could pick up a simple large pan pizza. Online it’s going to $15 so I didn’t think much of it. He came home and said they charged him $30!! Pizza isn’t even that big and was under cooked. I checked our exact order online and it still came out to $24. I have no idea why they charged him so much even with the topping and the pan pizza, it should have been no where close to $30. Never coming here again. Avoid this place at all cost

Second shift manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. She was threatening to call cops because I was waiting for my pizza 30+ minutes after she said 2 minutes. And was insulting me as a Dasher to go get a real job lol 😂 don’t know how crack heads are running this place but will be reporting to the owner asap. Avoid these racist, employees. I make $30/per hour dashing ❤️

Attempted to place an order online directly from the Pizza Hut site, unfortunately we never got our order. We live in an apartment complex, which is giant, and we do get deliveries here but this driver couldn't find our apartment, he couldn't speak English and was in the wrong building. We were out in the cold looking for him for 15 minutes, and decided to cancel our order after that. Wasn't really a good experience and will not order from this location.

Was given an estimated pickup time of 19 minutes. Arrived after about 15, and waited a few min, no problem with this at all, but it is relevant because nothing was hot. I got there before the order was ready, meaning it did not sit around waiting to be picked up, and drove less than 1.5 miles home, and we ate right away. Everything was lukewarm at best. The pizza was cut, but not one slice was cut all the way through. I don't know how they managed it, but somehow, the crust on one of the pizzas was thick and fluffy on one side, and thin & flat on the other side. The first time we had similar issues, I gave them the benefit of assuming it was just a bad day. This is the second time, I highly doubt there will be a third. The ONLY thing positive I can say is the girl who gave me my order was was friendly.

EXTREMELY disappointed! I ordered 4 cheese pizzas along with two mini pizzas with fries. All the pizzas had NO sauce, and was freaking burnt like seriously, I bought these for my school kids to celebrate my birthday I wouldn't even give my dogs this. I'm NEVER returning to this location.

BUYER BE AWARE Truly beyond disappointed in our experience from this location. Was not paying attention when ordering via UberEats(as others also have shared the same experience.) This location is obviously not equipped to handle business or a busy day. Spoke with Theon(Manager) to share shed some light on the issue though he was apologetic and sincere they do not offer anything for your inconvenience. I would not give this location another opportunity.
Pizza Hut really use to be our family’s favorite cheat/lazy day meal but the locations closest to us seem to be going through a very difficult time.

If I could get this place zero Stars I would. Half of my order was completely messed up and when I called the manager to explain the situation he was incredibly rude. I will never return to this location ever again.
