I read the review about the burrito. That was correct, steak very good! However, I also got some chicken tacos … they would’ve been good, but the chicken was tough and not seasoned enough. Drive thru is a plus. Overall, I’d go back.

Ordered through drive thru and I think they overcharged for the food we ordered. Food was ok but not great.. no prices listed on menu board , no receipt given so makes me wonder why? Did we get scammed on prices , we have no receipt to show but what we paid on debit card with no proof of prices. Are the order takers up charge on items?

First time trying this place since it changed over. Waitress was very nice and polite. Felt kinda bad she seemed alittle overwhelmed, might have been there by herself working the tables, register and cleaning during a lunch rush. Not sure if that's typical or a one time thing seeing as it was my first time there. We ordered multiple items to try different things on the menu Steak & carnitas tacos were good, good portion sizes. Horchata was really good. The pico salsa was amazing. Flauta was small & over fried. Again not sure if that's all of them or just the birria one I ordered. The tamale was mostly dough, with some shredded chicken, no sauce and not really seasoned. Not my preference. Atmosphere was nice, clean. Looked the same as Del Carmen when it was there, nothing really different. Kinda tight seating when all tables are full to occupancy. The guy behind us at a 2 top backed into my chair a couple times lol but it is what it is. Overall it was good experience. Spent 50$ for 2 ppl.

The food was really good and priced really well! The customer service was amazing our server was so kind and attentive. She truly made the experience great. Definitely will be coming back
I have passed eating here for a year now after reading bad reviews. That was a mistake! I went in with the expectations of it being a average Mexican restaurant. Nothing bad to say here! Its a decent average taco stand! equivalent to burrito Ville. They are nothing to brag about and nothing to complain about! Service was fast! Prices were extremely reasonable! that right there will bring me back to this establishment! steak tacos were loaded and tasted ok. I also tried the supreme burrito which was a very plentiful size and again was ok. rice was like every Mexican restaurants rice needs more flavor. the menu had a decent selection. We will be going back to try more and updating here. but if your looking for cheap Mexican food that is decent this is your place!

We stopped by this incredible spot , San Jose Restaurant and were blown away by how delicious everything was. The tacos, quesabirrias, and gorditas were out of this world! You could seriously taste the freshness and authentic flavor in every bite.
The quesabirrias were perfectly crispy on the outside, packed with juicy, flavorful meat, and came with the most delicious consommé for dipping. The tacos were loaded with seasoned goodness, and the gorditas were soft, savory, and so satisfying—it’s hard to pick a favorite because everything was that good!
