Service was great. My pizza slice and edge pizza was barely warm which was a big disappointment. Had it been hot I think it would have been good. Nutella bites were very good. Fries as well. $32 was pretty steep though.

Pizza was ok very comparable to the Pizza that you get at 7-eleven. The hot wings were horrible just some mush balls with Buffalo sauce drenched on them and they're 10 times more worst than McDonald's nuggets

Ordered the Edge BBQ pizza from mail order menu received in mail. When we got our order, it was SPICY. No where does it say spicy. Never heard of BBQ pizza being spicy. When I called the restaurant he kept saying thats the way it is, spicy, he wasn't nice at all. So I sat here with nothing to eat, as I can't eat spicy. I could have taken the whole thing back. Lucky my grandson gave me a little of what he had left. Who ever answered the phone could have offered me something else in place of this, but NO. I personally will never order from there again. This was the store in Burbank, IL, so be aware,

I recommend to everyone to try Slice Factory Pizza, also their Factory Fries. I will have to TRY their New Edge Detroit-Style Pizza as soon as I have a chance!!
