UPDATE: I got tired of funding Starbucks and bought myself a Breville Bambino espresso machine on sale at Best Buy for $275, and then bought Starbucks whole and ground espresso beans, almond milk, and sugar in the raw. What I would've paid in one month for a latte every morning, I've bought the convenience of having my own machine in the dead of winter and saved myself hundreds of dollars long term. Chef's kiss! 😙 FYI: It never pays to be rude 😉
I had been going to this location every morning for 2 weeks. When I came on Thanksgiving I rode up in my motorcycle and they completely ignored me. Even after getting off and trying to enter not knowing the hours had changed for the holiday. Very rude and unprofessional I'll never get another coffee from here again.

Very unprofessional lady’s working was given an attitude at the drive thru . Then didn’t receive what I asked for was charged for cold foam and didn’t get any . Multiple times I have came and had an bad experience

I came in today, November 17, 2025, around 8:00 PM. When I walked in, the girl at the front didn’t greet me, didn’t ask what I needed, and basically ignored me for over 10 minutes. I was just standing there waiting.
The only person who actually helped me was the guy from the drive-thru/pick-up area — he had to walk all the way over to ask if I was picking up or trying to order.
The service from the women at the front was really disappointing, but the guy who helped me was very friendly. Definitely not a great experience.

Out shopping with my Niece we stop to grab some drinks. I've never had Starbucks this disgusting in my life. Latte watered down, my niece's beverage strawberry açaà horrible. Wasted 12 bucks. So annoyed

The service is really bad here. I've been coming here for a long time before they changed store managers. A lot of the workers are still the same but I definitely see a decline in work ethic attitude and cleanliness. I've tried to reach out to the manager, Jerome I believe his name is, several times; I dont think he should be managing if he changes nothing. The store used to be a lot better before the change in managers. At this point hire a whole new crew or close this starbucks down. They continuously put out poor quality drinks while spending 15 to 20 minutes making these awfully drinks. Starbucks please do better. Plus I've found dead fruit flies in my family's and my drinks before from this location, they are very dirty.

This is prob the worse Starbucks I have been in. They don’t greet you and the pick up waiting time is about 15 to 20 minutes. I would avoid this location.

Do not come to this location. They gave me the wrong order (iced instead of hot) and when I caught it they gave me attitude. They remade my drink and when I left and tasted it was not what I ordered. There is no label on the coffee so who knows what's in this drink. It does taste like nuts... than God I'm not allergic. I asked for Pumpking Spiced Latte... if this is how it tastes now, I'm done with Starbucks. I also ordered a sausage cheddar sandwich... 0/5 can't belive I'm saying this but McDonald's are better. Or at least they heat them better... it was cold in the center... hope I don't get food poisoning for half eating this sandwich threw the rest away.

Last time I came to this location ( few weeks ago) I got a venti and they gave it to me not filled, and i’m like okay whatever.
Today I decided to go to the same location and get a grande, and they still handed me my drink like this 😠this is so sad.

This particular location has a very slow moving drive through. Makes no sense how long it takes. Might need more workers perhaps.
I always get the wrong order for atleast one item every time I go to this Starbucks. I try calling, but no one ever answers the phone. So, I am giving them 1 star.
