I always get the wrong order for atleast one item every time I go to this Starbucks. I try calling, but no one ever answers the phone. So, I am giving them 1 star.

Even though I always place my mobile order 20 minutes prior, and the app says it'll be ready in 9 minutes, literally, EVERY time I've ordered I've had to wait anywhere from 5-15 additional minutes. The drinks aren't great but, unfortunately this is the closest location between places that I frequent so when I need the caffeine, I'm forced to order from this location. After my last visit, I'm switching to pre-bottled starbucks drinks for these emergencies...

Last time I was there, I went to the order pick up station. Again, my order had been placed about 25 minutes prior, but it was no where to be found. I tried to get the workers' attention, but it was during the lunch rush, and I didn't want to be rude, as I could tell they were all working as fast as they could. I had a little bit of time to spare so I waited. After I'd been there for maybe 8-10 minutes, one of the workers asked me if I needed something. I caught her up to speed, and she brought me my order. Apparently, my order was ready when I'd walked in, but someone decided to put my iced drink next to the drive thru window. No idea why. Just a total waste of my time. By the time I got my order, it was super watered down bc most of the ice had melted (it was 98° outside). I was honestly just glad that I was able to get my drink as I was on my way to work and didn't have a whole lot of time to spare at that point! Glad that worker found my order, at least!

Overall, avoid it if you can.

I usually suck it up and take the wrongly made order because I work at a Starbucks myself and understand the pressure of being on bar. But this is ridiculous. I ordered a grande iced matcha with extra cold foam in a venti cup so that I get my moneys worth for the cold foam. I get handed a grande cup because it was rung up wrong. Then when I asked to have it remade, I got attitude. And a horribly made drink outta the anger of them probably having to make my drink again. My iced matcha didn’t have extra cold foam and it was missing the cinnamon powder that I asked for the second time it was made. Then I asked for a tall mocha Frappuccino made with crème pumps instead of coffee flavored pumps but clarified MULTIPLE times that I wanted frap roast still added to it. It was made with no frap roast. The heavy cream was just sitting at the bottom unblended. So disgustingly made that I just threw it away. Baristas are never following procedures. Just dumping matcha into the pitcher without measuring. Pouring refresher base straight into a cup without measuring in the shaker. No one’s wearing name tags. I want my money back. This is the 4th time my order is made all wrong. I never complain. This is my first time actually asking for it to be remade, but I’m fed up. Now I gotta drive extra to go to a Starbucks that actually knows what they’re doing. I work hard for this money. All down the drain.

The schedule data says they close at 9:30 p.m. It's a lie; it was closed before the scheduled time.

Today I went to buy 3 drinks, and the truth is they are 🤢 I can't believe they don't know how to make them. I've been drinking this coffee since 2001 and from watching them make them so much I even know what they put in them. And what makes me sad is how expensive it is to throw it away☹️ Please Starbucks should send a supervisor to check how they are making the drinks. Please teach them that if one of the ingredients they put in the container is already empty, like the mocha, they should put in a full one. That's why the drinks taste like crap.

Horrible customer service honestly do better! I never had a bad experience up until today some young girl looked Hispanic black hair possibly a piercing was the rudest ever! Idk if she can’t multitask, but when taking my order she asked me 2-3 times what size which each time I told her venti. I go to the window and she gives me a grande when I told her I asked for a venti she said she didn’t hear me with attitude proceeded to ignore what I kept telling her that she asked me 2-3 times what size and I told her venti so don’t know she got it confuse. Then with attitude she said she’s going to have to up charge me so therefore at that point I didn’t even want anything anymore cause her whole attitude was being shown so I told her I didn’t want anything anymore she got all mad with attitude saying she will refund me and will not give me service. First of all I already mentioned i didn’t want anything anymore, due to the horrible customer service she was giving me even my mom witness so she can’t say it was me. I was being patient enough until she kept giving me attitude and laughing with her co workers the whole time and taking forever to even charge me. Due to her never coming to this location again. I was a loyal customer, but she made it bad.
