They closed 20 minutes before the time they were supposed to close and all 3 of the workers saw me and ignored me when I was at the door. It only takes 1 worker to make a drink I'm sure making 1 drink wouldn't have put them back so much, it was very rude.

By far this is becoming the worst location in the Midway surrounding area. Service has dropped and the bar is in hell. I try to come back because it was truly my favorite location. But today was definitely my last time frequented this location. I will go out of my way to another location before I order from this location ever again.

This far the worst Starbucks I ever been to. If I could give 0 to negative stars I would. I went in today in the morning with my daughter to order my food and drink and there was about 5 girls. I understand that it gets busy but none of them acknowledge us they saw us but they didn't greet or say something "like we will be with you in a minute." Customer service is dead in that place,mind you that I am pregnant and you can see my big pregnant belly, after waiting for a long time I asked if we were ever going to be acknowledge, the lady that was heating up the sandwiches said someone will be with you, then she started giving me an attitude and saying that she doesn't have eyes in her back to see the customers. Again I am pregnant with high risk, I didn't went to Starbucks to argue with anyone we just wanted our meal. I can't be stressing out because of my pregnancy so I just was the bigger person and didn't want argue with her, but it is not fair that they give you attitude just because they don't like their job. Customer service is dead at this location, I will also not be going back and deleting the Starbucks application. They need to train their staff better, not give attitude and give dirty looks.

Date of occurence 12/21/2024_After placing my order (Caramel Frappuccino, no whip, banana nut loaf), I was asked if I wanted the loaf heated—I said no. Guess what? My drink had whip cream, and the loaf was heated! 😡 When I pointed out the mistake, I got attitude from the cashier. Poor service, listening skills, and attitude. Avoid this place!

I'm a regular Starbucks customer but this location SUCKS. The first time I came here through the drive-thru they got my order wrong TWICE after remaking it again. I decided to give them a second chance. Bad idea.. I went inside, the customer service is horrible! I ordered 2 drinks and a dessert. I was just waiting on my pastry. I went up twice to check if they had placed it on the contour without calling my name, nothing. The girls working were just standing around laughing. After waiting for 15 mins I finally told one of the girls and she laughed and said it's on the counter.. As if I didn't see the other worker slowly put it on the counter as we speak. On top of that my drinks was WRONG. Don't recommend this location!!!

Because they are talking, they don't pay attention to what they are serving, they give the wrong drinks, they should be more careful because a person who is allergic to some other drink that they don't order can touch them and they don't care.
