This place is like a disappointing spouse. Every time I give this place a change, they always disappoint me. This time, got like half my drink right and its a miracle my egg bites were even good. Def my worst Starbucks experience and location I know. Go to 95th and 76th, 5-10 mins from there but they wont find a way to mess your order up.

extremely upset on Christmas placed an order and all three drinks were incorrect, when I called to inform the manager said there nothing she could do about it and hung up on me! I was a barista and shift manager for years, even filled in at this location and I could never imagine speaking to a guest the way I was spoke to. The “Latte” way was no displayed and it’s extremely disappointing and frustrating especially on Christmas Day!

I frequent this location because it’s on my way to work. Although the expiration date on the protein box says 12/20/24, clearly the fruit was not any good. It was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING and not appealing so I throw it out. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

They always help the drive thru first which sucks because sometimes you can end up waiting 15 minutes for a drink

Cashier didn't take my order correctly, I was missing about 2 inches of milk, when I asked for more they looked at me like I was slow. Can't taste the coffee so weak which explains why they cheat you on your milk too. White chocolate Mocha was non existence in my cup. Sad cause I spent $27 and I still needed to get another cup of coffee else where.

This is by far one of the worse Starbucks. They never greet you acknowledge you. The drinks are never really done right and they always take 10-15 minutes longer than the estimated time. The food is always cold because they get that ready first and then the drinks.

Drive Thru is on a wrong side there is always traffick on Harlem trying to enter drive thru and hard to exit people always block it.
Drive thru should be from other side and exit straight to Harlem
