got a tea made today and was told that they “couldnt fit” the extra strawberry acai in my drink that says no water and light ice. the older lady at the drive through was rude after i asked her to remake it also.

Visited this location yesterday. No pastries were visible to promote purchase and boost sales. I was never greeted by any staff members, and there were only 2 selections from the cup items compared to other stores. Felicia the store “supervisor” is horrible.

My drink was made incorrectly at oak lawn Starbucks which has happened more than I’d like. Being the only near one toward me. I walked and and asked Nisreen if they can possibly help with my order since I was headed the opposite direction and she remade my order with no hesitation and apologized. She was so professional and nice. She made it easy for me which I must say, this is 100% awesome customer service! Thank you Nisreen!!

I spent about seven or eight hours here while a festival finished up. I didn’t get a chance to catch any of their names, but the employees working on 8/31/25 provided great service and were so kind. They even recommended new drinks to me that were very yummy! Thanks again!!

I came in on 7/5/2025 and ordered a Frappuccino. One barista started preparing the base and another barista started finishing the order. I noticed that the frapppuccino mix was thin similar to a regular coffee drink. Since the baristas back was towards me, I was unable to see her name so I said “excuse me miss” twice then I said “Miss that is making the caramel ribbon crunch “ the barista had the nerve to turn around and say “WHAT “. I said I was only trying to get your attention because the frapp needs more ice. She turned around and rolled her eyes and poured the drink out. I then asked another employee if the mango on duty was available because I wanted to discuss the service that is being provided. Unfortunately, the manager was on break. I told the barista that is unprofessional to turn around and say “what “ as if I am bothering you. You were making a drink that I paid for and I only had a question. I told her that I am not a child and that is not how you conduct yourself.

As a former Starbucks employee, I know how to make the drink. The reason my frap look the way it did is because the milk and frapp roast was wayyy over the line so when you had the ice to it and blend it will just look like a regular iced coffee or something.

If I could give 0 stars the customer service was terrible, not mentioning names on orders, drinks overfilled with ice and Tony customer service was awful and no help with a little extra cream that he didn’t measure out that I paid for
