We order our food… no complains there.
Service was good until we asked for the check… he said they don’t split checks that it was on the door. Waiter said didn’t you read the sign. It doesn’t have that specific sign at the door for no split checks.

The prices are too high, you can only pay in cash, the portions are small, the service staff is inattentive. I got the fork and knife only after I asked if they had them. We used to visit here a lot. After our visit this Saturday, we don't want to go anymore.

strange people in that place, I didn't like that environment to go with children.

Drive through takes very long. Ordered a breaded steak torta. It was not good. I’ve had it at the Bridgeview location for years. Was so good. Now it’s horrible. Does not taste good at all.

First I didn't like the food to American for me service is slow weird people outside please get a security some customers may not go in the place if you see this outside anyway is my two cents

When you walk in it's like you're in a different place. It's eclectic and vivid! We seated ourselves, which was great. We're greeted by the waitress and then by the owner. Lovely lovely person! He showed us the salsa bar! AMAZING! The variety of incredible! They also have a soup near the salsa that you can serve yourself! It's simple broth with minimal veggies and pasta! Perfect for kids! We started with a Michelada, which was also great. I got tacos and they were okay. Nothing spectacular. But my boyfriend got menudo and let me tell you! This is the spot for a great menudo! The broth was perfect! The meat was soft and the spiciness was on point! If you want great Menudo, this is the spot! Price wise, it was a little pricey but worth it for the menudo but not the tacos. This has been our weekend spot since we tried the menudo! Definitely recommend!

Our experience was terrible . My family and I did not feel safe there . Creepy guy walking back and forth, back table with waitresses / workers / cooks/ drinking. What kind of food establishment is this ? We had order our food and were waiting for so long , half of our food came out , 2 people started arguing, we got up and decided to leave . I went to the register to ask for my bill , waitress said sorry and don’t t worry about it Very toxic environment. We will never come here again , we are in the restaurant business, and this was the worst experience we have ever had . I do not recommend it. Also don’t bring your kids to this place .

This place is trash . The food sucks for the price I rather have Taco Bell . The waiters have personal issues. And the hot sauce is straight out the can .

Our visit to this Los Comales location did not meet our expectations. There was a guy at the door who was talking to himself and dancing with headphones in when we entered. We weren’t sure if he worked there at first because he didn’t acknowledge us or say anything so we walked past him. He ended up seating people very sloppily after us.

The waitress seemed pretty irritated that we were in there. She only came by twice to take the order and serve the food and that was it. The place was not busy.

There were multiple outside solicitors who came into the restaurant to sell things, which was surprising and unnecessary, especially since they had the “bouncer” guy at the door.

The food was bland and simple, unlike the Bridgeview location. We only came to the Burbank location because Bridgeview is temporarily closed.

We waited awhile for the check that never came, so we got up and went to the register to pay. The people behind us in their booth had the check handed to them at their table so that whole process was pretty confusing.

The music was kind of loud and there were ad breaks every few songs. At one point, someone must have clicked a DIY video instead of a music video. Instead of changing it, they just let it play.

It was a very odd experience at this restaurant and I personally will not be returning. The food was not worth the price and the service was pretty bad.

Very disappointed poor quality of food

I order one gordita and it was awful…my wife’s food was really bad, the only good thing was the water other then that I do not recommend this place and service is bad too first and last time there
