Morning shift is okay but don't come in the afternoon. You will end up waiting a whole hour just for a smoothie! 2 gentleman working moving like turtles while the whole place is packed. Beyond ridiculous. And at that, they even had to remake my smoothie because they gave it to me filled with huge ice chunks, making it impossible to drink. Horrible service.

This place practices fraudulent businesses practices! I tried to give them another chance but got screwed again! Smoothie bowl overpriced & they barely give u any smoothie!!! Fruit is rooting & stinks! I see a pattern with this place & they don’t care to stop!!! Taking this to the legal side! I’m so sick of these businesses in Chicago taking advantage of ppl & playing with their money! They wraps taste nasty & old too! Do not order from this place! Horrible, corrupt business & horrible food!!! High prices & extremely small portions!!!!

Overrated, OVERPRICED. $12 smoothie bowl, which is more of a 6oz cup of melted mess. Ordered on door dash, and it was literally a watery smoothie in a bowl with frozen toppings. It's definitely not worth $12; $5 is a price point. Overpriced, and the delivery fee is ridiculous considering I'm close. Smoothies are watery and bland.

The Bahama Mama bowl was AMAZING and everything was very fresh and so was my smoothie. Sara, the girl that took my order, was so friendly and was extremely helpful and had a smile on her face the whole time. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 food.
I brought a Bahama Mama smoothie bowl and the smoothie at the bottom of the bowl didn't have no taste i also had added mango and pineapple to my bowl they was spoiled and Manager act like she didn't want to believe me until I told her to taste them.

Promoting happy hour 3pm - 5pm daily. Showed up and they told me they dont honor that deal even though they have the poster on the front of the store and next to the register? Please train your staff. Girl at the register sounded like she just didnt want to deal with anyone.

I seriously miss you guys best TSC I moved to Georgia but always went in the store usually morning for a a peanut butter smoothie extra blended with cinnamon. I’ve tried other places but theirs always comes out different seriously y’all are amazing and the staff.
