Overrated, OVERPRICED. $12 smoothie bowl, which is more of a 6oz cup of melted mess. Ordered on door dash, and it was literally a watery smoothie in a bowl with frozen toppings. It's definitely not worth $12; $5 is a price point. Overpriced, and the delivery fee is ridiculous considering I'm close. Smoothies are watery and bland.

The Bahama Mama bowl was AMAZING and everything was very fresh and so was my smoothie. Sara, the girl that took my order, was so friendly and was extremely helpful and had a smile on her face the whole time. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 food.

Promoting happy hour 3pm - 5pm daily. Showed up and they told me they dont honor that deal even though they have the poster on the front of the store and next to the register? Please train your staff. Girl at the register sounded like she just didnt want to deal with anyone.

I seriously miss you guys best TSC I moved to Georgia but always went in the store usually morning for a a peanut butter smoothie extra blended with cinnamon. I’ve tried other places but theirs always comes out different seriously y’all are amazing and the staff.

I feel so bad for the kids working here it’s only 2 of them and there always busy . I come pretty often and they take over 30 mins for 1 smoothie it’s ridiculous.
Best smoothie! Blueberry Bliss and Sunrise Sunset are unforgettably delicious. Not too sweet eith, just fresh fruit taste.

I waited 17min for an order that I ordered ahead on the app. When I asked about it they were confused because they had bumped my order off the screen and set it to the side. To top it off the cup ain’t even filled. Or is it supposed to be this little in it?

I recently placed an order at this Burbank location which turned out to be the wrong location. I called the store to let the owner ( Ruth Miller) know that I had placed this order at the wrong location and would like a refund. She refused to give me a refund and said that I would just have to pick my order up or call my bank to get a refund. I've experience such poor customer service from an owner of an Restaurant. I will never ever go back to tropical smoothie.

This at there is very disrespectful and rude. I had to sit there and wait for my order. The lady ignored me and went to the next person. This wasn’t the first time it happened. dashers beware even if you’re sitting in the store they’ll still call Dasher and say you’re not there so that they don’t get in trouble for running behind it’s very disgusting and how you’re treated. The food is not great either just the whole place is horrible. I highly recommend going to a different one. This location has horrible customer service and their managers are rude.
