Passing by I saw their sign 'home of Matt's Swamp Water' so I decided to stop and trying it out. When I asked about it the bartender said she didn't know... vodka, orange juice and something else... was what she said. I ordered an old fashioned but would have been better off ordering bourbon on ice with a cherry in it. I'm glad I ordered my cheese burger with everything because without the toppings there was no flavor.
This place was exactly what I expected….perfect! Great tavern burger, place is clean, great vibe. An original.
I love this place. always a great time. 100 years and still going strong
