First time visit and it certainly won’t be the last. Charming place in the middle of Burlington farmland, very welcoming people at the bar and we were made to feel comfortable almost immediately. A friend of mine, who lives in the area, suggested the Swampwater and I opted for that. Arrived with an empty stomach so we shared an appetizer. Then we shared a mushroom Swiss burger and then we shared a basket of bluegill so our visit was an eating frenzy and we had an absolute delightful...
Nice little place with great food and moderate prices, nice outside area to hang in the summer. Found this place by accident when driving through the area looking for a friends house will be back
Fantastic, historical gem!! Stumbled upon this place because it is the perfect half way point to meet my parents. This has turned into a weekly event, just because we love the place, people and swamp water so much!! They have become my favorite watering hole! The food is fantastic (Mott's burger - my goodness!) and service is always fast and friendly!
