Domino's Pizza

Michael and Richard made my expirience so nice here, I love great customer service!

Usually I order over the phone so I expected the service to be about the same as before. However tonight I ordered a pizza about half an hour before closing. Before continuing the conversation I specifically asked if they’re still taking orders, and they said yes. They said it would be delivered in about half an hour.

It’s been over an hour and the pizza still isn’t here.

If you know for sure that you can’t, or won’t, complete an order then why take it? It would’ve been so simple to just say the oven is off or you can’t take orders anymore.

I placed a large order in advance for my son's party and they cancelled it without telling me then claimed they called me multiple times about an issue with my card but I have no call from them
This all literally 15 minutes before I expected to receive the order. Looking at the previous reviews I'm not the only one they've done this to.

this is the 2nd time I order from Domino's in Calumet City and they either mess up my order or loose it and refuse to make up for their mistakes. I was tired from work, got home late and had to feed my family at almost 10pm.

I just ordered a pizza with extra cheese and Philly cheesesteak meat It probably was about 10 pieces of Philly meat on that pizza. The cheese didn’t even exist. It looked like bread and cheese. Cheesy bread. They don’t acknowledge you when you walk through the door. They was just standing there. The food is super cold. How is something yall tell me is ready but it’s cold this my second I will NOT eat anything else from this place im tired of the cold / no meat on the food if I could up give them 0stars do better get better workers and do better this is pizza it should be hot

This location cancelled my order without calling me and they have no curbside parking location

Went into the store to order pizza the manager snatches the coupon for out of my hand and said we can't do this. Then walks away. She is very unprofessional. I thought it would be nice to have a pizza p.ace so close to Burnham.

The Domino's in Calumet is 100% better. Placed the order and food was ready in 15 minutes...

Take way long for everything makes no sense

Turns out they don’t take $100 bills. Even on big orders. Wasted my time and left our work crew waiting on lunch. Go to Route 66 on Indianapolis. Capris in whiting or Isabela’s on calumet Avenue. No BS cardboard pizza and it’s done right. Only tried going because of the coupons, it was on the way and one of the workers wanted it. Other than that we won’t be going back.

I order 3 pizzas and 2 orders of wings and 2 sandwiches and a bread bite I placed my order around 10:45pm on 10/30. My husband and kids show up to pay 65 dollars food under my name and they never put my order in! ? could imagine going to place and order over the phone for your family and it's not ready!!!! They didn't compset use and claimed their system was glitching but yet my husband still had to wait for them to make our food! I'm sorry but I wouldn't recommend this place very rude and not good customer service ? just trying to feed 5 kids

Sad that they don't answer the phone!! Been listening to the phone ads for11 minutes they need to det a better system, still no answer as I leave this review. It a new pizza place right down the street, guess I have to order from them
