Absolutely Terrible Service My Food Was Undercooked And Nasty And They Was Unwilling To Remake It Or Give Me A Refund. I Asked For A Manager They Didnt Have One And Only After Agruing With Them They Remade It And It Still Wasnt Right. Terrible Food And Service I Wouldn’t Recommend This Place To Anyone. It Was A Waste Of Time And Money!!

Extremely disappointed and frustrated. I usually don’t leave reviews, but after this experience, I feel like I need to. I tried calling the Burnham location only to hear a message saying the number is disconnected. I drove there and, sure enough, the place is completely closed—no notice, no update, nothing.
So I called the Chicago location to ask how long they would be open and if they knew what was going on with Burnham, since I had already purchased a Groupon to dine there. The woman who answered the phone had a nasty attitude right from the start, then hung up on me mid-conversation.
What’s going on here? You’re still taking people’s money with no communication and clearly no interest in helping your customers. I’ve been a loyal customer, but after being treated like this for simply asking a question, I’m done. This whole situation feels shady and completely unprofessional.

Smothered chicken, greens and dressing, i don't know what they used to make the dressing(never had dark dressing).Chicken and greens were ok. The soul egg rolls were fried to hard.

I only got Baked Chicken and 3 Egg Rolls for $25.42. ( no sides) What was I thinking? The baked chicken was so salty and charred. The Egg Rolls had Yams, Greens, and Mac and Cheese inside. They were totally awful. Never again!

I ordered delivery I requested fried pork chops w/ gravy, Mac & cheese ,mashed potatoes and gravy, and homemade pound cake. The pork chops were baked not fried and very dry, the Mac & cheese tasted like they use powdered cheese, and they sent me some pre packaged lemon cake like the kind you can get at the gas station and it wasted as tho it had to have expired, dry and cornbread texture , but the gravy was good

The food was good, I had jerk lamb chops, buttery garlic mashed potatoes, and string beans. The atmosphere wasn't all that, parking was kinda congested, and it was kinda pricey.

If I could give negative stars I would. I order the pot roast and pork chops. The food is not meant for human consumption. The roast is old, burnt, and barely any meat. The pork chop was insulting. The eggroll was soggy and it taste like it has been sitting for a week in a cooler. Nothing i ordered is edible. You can taste no pride was taken in the making of the food. Absolute waste of my money.
