I came in at 11:17PM . I came in and a young African American lady was at the front , I said “hey what time do you all close” she looked at me with the craziest face & nasty attitude said “EXCUSE ME” I said , what time do you all close ; she said 12 & then walked away . . — She Didn’t say “can I take your Order” “can I help you or anything . . Finally after a good 2 minutes of me standing in confusion. A young man comes take my order and I’m waiting for my food at this point. . I look through the window and the cook is in the back On the phone just chatting away , starting to put taco shells on the grill with his bare hands that he’s been holding his phone with. I Immediately asked for a refund and the young man explained to me “we don’t do refunds” Well I bet I won’t be back ever again , the customer service and cleanliness was horrible . . First time here and I DO NOT recommend.

Went into the taco taco spot today, for one I had to ring the bell to even be acknowledged by the young black girl with the blonde hair. Just to get my food and go all the way home to realize they gave me a cup full of cheese and someone else’s food. I had spent 29$ on the total of things I got. Upon arrival I informed them of their mistake and inconvenience, the other younger Hispanic lady came out the back agreed to make my CORRECT order, I then asked for limes for the inconvenience and the lady said “we already made yo food over we can’t give u free limes. ” Yall inconvenience me and gave me the wrong food from the jump how come?

Manuella was a great host. I appreciate the whole team. I ordered a steak burritio didn't get home till an hour later(my own issiues) . Still was fantastic. Always recommend.
Delicious tortas the only problem I had was the cashier young man told my auntie that she should have told him about their menu prices before ordering after he overcharged her so of course we had to go back in there and get our money today overcharged how is it the customer fault that you put the sale price in the menu but don't know the prices the lady corrected it nothing bad to say about the food just the service

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service at this establishment (taco taco spot). I never had a problem with this place until a specific cashier get on the register. ( I always had the girl she's really nice). The guy with glasses on that's a bit chubby, always seemed a bit off with Black people. I ordered only a horchata and waited patiently for it. However, when another customer arrived which was arab, could pass for a Mexican men, the guy said make me a Horchata real quick now mind you he already have mine in his hand about to give to me, the employee (Hispanic Mexican) gave my order to them instead and put a sticker on the top of the cup and literally sat there for an extra two minutes while I’m literally looking at this man give him my order, When I asked about it, the employee apologized and said oh my bad I'll make you another one real quick, but seemed unbothered by the mistake. I requested a refund, and the Hispanic Mexican guy started speaking with another staff member lying about the whole this in Spanish, it felt as if they were attempting to minimize the situation rather than resolve it. After a lengthy discussion going back-and-forth, I finally received my refund. Additionally, I observed another staff member appearing to document my car’s license plate, which was unsettling. Overall, this experience was unprofessional, and I left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable.

Got soggy birria tacos and this $4 shrimp and steak taco. Attitude on the Spanish check at the front with tattoos. Good spicy salsa and sweet and sour Jamaica was about the only reason to stop.
