“This is a very nice family restaurant. Family owned and ran. They have great waiters and waitresses. They have a very nice menu. All of the food is very good and their Fried Chicken is awesome! This is a very clean and pleasant place to eat! My wife and I love their food and go there every chance we get! We live about 50 miles away and it’s well worth the trip!”

“Salt; that's what Namak translates to, is a new addition to the country in the suburbs of Chicago that serves some Indian street food and a few entrees.
We came across this simply by accident. We were hungry but didn't want a full meal and came across Namak online so decided to give it a shot.
We had the dabeli and vada pav; both were EXCELLENT.
The dabeli had the flavors you would have in India. Of course you can never get the 'exact' flavor outside of India for obvious reasons but these folks have done a TERRIFIC job of making it pretty darn close.
Both items were made fresh while I waited, wrapped wonderfully so as to make it easy to eat without making a mess.
The dabeli had the wonderful mixture of sweet and spicy (could be more spicy for my taste though) and the bread was not the sweet American bread one would expect. It was darn close to the 'pav' you get in India.
The vada pav was EPIC. You could taste the flavors, the spices, the freshness of it. If I could have something else, I'd want to try out their side of the vada (they sell just the vadas too).
I had a brief conversation with the staff here; they opened I think 6 or 8 months ago. They don't have a location in the city (PLEASE COME. I'LL BRING SO MANY CUSTOMERS AND MYSELF TOO SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK) sadly so will need to wait to try some of their other stuff till we make the next trip there.
Parking: Namak is in a strip mall.”

“Love this place. Kim and Butch are great people and it's nothing fancy, it's like Cheers. They added a nice back patio and they have to jukeboxes! An old school and digital. You'll leave happy after having a great time and drinks. There's also shuffleboard and a pool table. Nice relaxed or play music and have them crank it up. They added a wheelchair ramp, so now I can go back since losing my ability to walk. I'm hoping this weekend we can pop in as it's been a while being bedridden. I need to get out at least one more time to see them and have my favorite drink that they even added to their shelf that they better carried before, just for me! We used to go weekly but my health has grossly declined then ended up in a wheelchair so, I haven't been anywhere that's not medical all year. I can't wait!”
“Great breakfast. Had biscuits and gravy and hashbrowns. Look forward to the next time and hope to try lunch soon.”
“good food and good drinks I like it . I would recommend this place to anyone. I rate it a 5.”

“I only review these places cuz these are places that I have worked in other cities. I do wish that Starbucks would still offer their used grounds for gardening, compost, etc I do miss that”

“We will be returning. The food is excellent and tasted fresh. The small pizza was more than enough to feed two small kids, the sandwich was great with fresh veggies, and the ravioli was so good my 2 year old preferred it to the pizza. Thank you!!!”

“We came through the drive thru around 2 and there were only two employees working even though it’s move in weekend. The food was delicious and fresh even though we had to wait a bit. THEY DESERVE A RAISE!!!! They were so kind even though it super busy and not enough people were working. Management should reward these two and hire more people. Five stars is for them, not the business.”
