Stopped last night. Got to the drive thru at 9:50 at 9:05 we call the store due to no one acknowledgeing us. Drive thru had been shut off. Place my order for 5 people. Two different people taking the order. Totally not paying attention to me. Order was totally messed up. Never did get what I ordered. After calling them on it they ignored me at the window. I finally just drove off so the people behind me could get their order.

We went through the drive through at 8:20 pm 11/17/2022 and no one would wait on us. There was another vehicle behind us. We went by the drive up window and two people were playing on their phones.

Waited 20 minutes for food, ordered and paid for a blizzard and then found out their ice cream was not frozen. Waited 10 minutes before finally getting my blizzard and heard staff cursing multiple times. Floors were sticky and tables hadn't been wiped down. Very unprofessional.

The manager was eating food then made a cup of ice cream after touching inside the cup. The floor was extra greasy and dirty. Another employee later was eating a cone as well. Maybe go to Hardee’s

Wasn't very impressed iv worked for dq myself at a different location and i would recommend somewhere else, the food personally iv ate better at a better dq, onion tasted old or just needed to be fried in cleaner oil the burger wasn't well put other looked like it was just thrown together, everyone talked loudly like they didn't care customers where in, had people sweeping in non dq clothes ( workers I'm assuming), floors where disgusting like they hadn't mopped ( properly in ages ) or swept, outside looks pretty good but inside not so much, when they brought my food out did not bring it out on a platter at all, brought it out with their bare hands no gloves nothing, everyone has their opinion on good food but personally i don't think this is worth it, if u want good food id happily go else where

Always gave this DQ the benefit of the doubt since Bushnell, IL is my hometown but no longer. Went though the drive thru and the server was so rude. Smirked at us when we drove up, then slid open the window and... nothing. No Greeting, no Thank You, etc. And to top it off, a smart aleck comment as we drove away when told her to have a good night. Also, tired of the soft, runny ice cream at this DQ. If you want a cold treat on a summer night go elsewhere.

This has got to be the absolute worst DQ I've ever been to in my life. It's like a white trash bash everytime you walk in. I think everyone employed here just got out of jail. They can not make a blizzard to save their lives. It's always messy and gross in here.

Getting food here is hit or miss! Last week I ran to get dip cones for my kids and they gave me two horrible messes that fell off before I got them home- they said they couldn’t make my last one so I should go home and come back- over all- It took an hour to get three cones that were given to me melted. Tonight my sons bbq dipped chicken had one blob of bbq on one piece and the rest was regular with no sauce. We had to give it back. I ordered two large dip cones and they just gave me one chocolate cone- no dio. She even repeated me at the speaker. When I told her it was twoLarge dip - she was not very kind. She took the chocolate - put a napkin on it because at this point it was melting and dipped the napkin in it. It was stuck abs couldn’t come out. Then she charged me again saying it wasn’t originally charged. I ask since we had been there for 30 min and they got order wrong if they could just give us the second cone and the worker who is the bosses daughter said- no my mom would say no. They had so much attitude. And after charging me again- this is the “large dip cone they gave me! In a cup! This is ridiculous! This staff needs to be trained on how to make what they are selling! It’s people money being taken and the correct product not given! This is the 5th time something like this has happened and today pushed me over the edge!

Long waits as employees like to goof of rather than do their jobs they serve drinks with no ice when soda machine runs out of the syrup they don't know how to replace it with new one

This is the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. The employees were completely clueless but on top of that, they were unprofessional. They complained the whole time they were making orders for their customers. Two in particular were horrible - they were obviously young high school girls. One acted like she didn’t even know what ice cream was let alone how to serve it. Every time she made a blizzard she wiped her hands on her pants and then squealed about how sticky her hands were. There obviously wasn’t an adult in charge and these girls need constant supervision. They aren’t even qualified to take the garbage to the curb let alone serve paying customers.

Went inside and ordered food at 3:31 (according to my receipt) waited on food until 4:09. I walked up to the counter and told them I had been waiting for a half hour. The girl who had just jumped on the register apologed and said something about "bumping" the order, but the girl who was there when I ordered violently pushed buttons on their screen and accusingly tried to say I had only been there 15 minutes. The family of 6 2 orders ahead of me had gotten their food and already finished eating. (They even told me "good luck" on their way out lol) The girl at the counter gave me a refund and said she was going to get my food.. cool. Waited for another 10 minutes while they all stood around chatting and cackling. The older lady that was in the back saw me still sitting there and asked if I got my food and the register girl said no I gave them a refund. Okay... would have been nice to know. I had already drove from Macomb to bushnell because we don't have food at ours. In their defense (sort of) there were 2 orders ahead of me. The first was messed up and they didn't get all of their food. The gentleman ahead of me said "I hope you aren't in a hurry" when I walked in and one of the employees had her head laying on the front counter... I should have known it was about to be a s**tshow. Left without food. Total waste of gas.

First off they were very rude. I ordered food and my boyfriend only got one thing when I ordered the 2 for $4. Then I had to wait for my blizzard while they were too busy with family members. Took 20 minutes. Then other people came in and got their food asap. Last but not least the lady was arguing with my boyfriend. Not classy. So yeah I won’t be coming back here
