No napkins in bag. My large fries ended up being the equivalent of barely more than a small. In regards to the bacon on the BLT Frisco burger - there was none. Not one slice. As for going back, there was no point, as I didn't know my order wasn't correctly prepared until I arrived home 30 minutes later. Very disappointed, plus feeling ripped off.

We've tried lunch and breakfast. The food is not edible. 2nd time trying this place and its straight trash. In the trash it went. Never again.
Ordered some food and was told the chicken sandwich would take a few mins. When I got my food 17mins later the only thing warm was the chicken sandwich. The biggie bag items were cold. The two sides of curly fries, cold and can tell where sitting for a while.
We literally threw the food in the trash it was that old and bad. What a waste of 30+ dollars.

I came in from about 15 miles away just to get their fries. I have a lot of options in my town but none of them even come close to having the quality of fries this Hardee's has. Great service good food can't complain.

I did not receive fresh food. Sloppy star burger and cold fries. I asked for fresh food and of course, like always I do not receive fresh food that I pay high price for. Another issue I have had is due to the pickles. Each sandwich I ordered has never tasted right when pickles are put on it. I am tired of getting lazy customer service which also means lazy way of preparing and making food. I used to work here in the 90's. Great place to work and customer service was extremely better then. No customers, no work, no paycheck. Employees need to remember that. Thank you, Tracy Engle, food critic. God Bless!
