I came in from about 15 miles away just to get their fries. I have a lot of options in my town but none of them even come close to having the quality of fries this Hardee's has. Great service good food can't complain.

I did not receive fresh food. Sloppy star burger and cold fries. I asked for fresh food and of course, like always I do not receive fresh food that I pay high price for. Another issue I have had is due to the pickles. Each sandwich I ordered has never tasted right when pickles are put on it. I am tired of getting lazy customer service which also means lazy way of preparing and making food. I used to work here in the 90's. Great place to work and customer service was extremely better then. No customers, no work, no paycheck. Employees need to remember that. Thank you, Tracy Engle, food critic. God Bless!

Waited five or six minutes just to order another five or six minutes to get my food and then when I got my ham and cheese sandwich, it was cold
Bushnell Hardee's- I have breakfast there every morning with classmates and friends. Skylar and Hanna are my favorite employees, they will go out of there way to help you. We always have 4-14 people come in between 6:30 & 7:00 am. My biggest complaint is they are short staffed and many times there is only 1 person there taking care of cooking, orders, registers, drive thru, etc. They let some workers come in late and never do anything about it. I guess because they are short staffed anyway, but it puts alot of pressure on the person who is working! My group even watched Skylar go around the dining area cleaning the tiles around the bottom of the floor because she didn't like the way they looked. What other employees would do that? None!!

Skylar does a great job, always greet you with a smile and always has a nice word to you. Dlivers food to the table quickly and with a smile. Skylar a very hard worker, and is always doing something, even have seen her outside picking up and cleaning snow off the sidewalks. When I leave she always says goodbye and have a great day

Great place to get good food, meet with friends, and friendly employees, especially Skylar. Go in almost every morning and when we leave we have always been able to leave with a smile on our face. Lots of laughs. What a way to start a day.

Food was good but the service and atmosphere left much to be desired. The lady that took my order was rather rude. Her along with most of the other people working also used offensive language constantly. I and everyone else in the dining room had to listen to their constant swearing and coworker drama because you could hear it all throughout the restaurant because they were very loud. I realize this is a fast food restaurant but the employees should try to be more polite and professional. It makes it hard enjoy a meal with having to listen to all your drama and unnecessary profanity. Please keep in mind some people don't care to hear that kind of talk especially when theres kids around too.
