I had a very poor experience at this location. At approximately 10:30pm. I ordered a Philly steak sub in the drive thru. I was the only one in line. I paid, the clerk came to the window 15 minutes later and asked what did I order(after I paid). I waited another 15 minutes. I get back to work to have my dinner and the fries were refried and soaked with grease. Some transluscent. The sandwich hardly had any meat but was loaded with vegetables to cover the small portion of meat. This cost me close to 13.00 for just the sandwich and fries. I called the store several times and couldn't reach anyone. I had to trash the old recooked fries. I could not enjoy my meal and was thoroughly disappointed

The server was very nice and attentive she was honest about the wings an I appreciated that. So I decided maybe a catfish sandwich would be a better choice… WRONG. The fish had absolutely no taste at all. The bun is too big for this tiny tasteless little catfish that was served. They fries were brown, hard, & old tasting. I spent almost 25$ on two meal. Serving quality food to people paying real money should not be that hard.

Late night craving ? Conquered ! Upon arriving I couldn’t make up my mind. Angelo. , the server took the time to tell me what were some good options . I’m glad I listened. This extraordinarily helpful and patient young man made the right calls. This experience was awesome. Gratitude is the attitude . 5 star service . Keep up the good work, Angelo . Worst Baba's ever. My daughter went here because the one on Sibley in Dolton which is really good was closed. I had gyro burger and it was gross...it was a grayish colored pattie and the gyro meat was burnt. Threw it away. My son had a gym shoe and offered me some...one bite and I spit it out. Tasted like rotting meat. ???? I almost threw up. NEVER AGAIN. Only gave one star because you can't give zero.

Order food from here after arriving in town , the food appeared to look good but once I started eating I found curly hair in my food ?. I would never order from here again. Only good thing my kids fries were fresh and hot . Then not to mention the menu says “All meals are served with fries “ that false advertising because it is not .

Food was delicious and surprisingly quick for how busy they were. Reminded me of a good carry out from back home in Bmore.
I ordered the Italian beef and sausage. The sausage was a disgusting dried inedible turd looking piece of meat. Look at the pictures. Why not say you don't have beef and sausage. No customer would appreciate you serving them what you gave me and probably other customers.

I've never eaten there but was going to until I read all The BABA restaurants reviews. OMG how is this place still in business. Bad food, bad service and unsanitary handling of food. I NEVER IN LIFE WILL EAT AT BABA. ????? People when you experience these conditions. Call the Illinois health department asap especially if the business doesn't properly respond to you. OMG long hair in his food???????

My favorite location staff is fast and nice. Food is always fresh and delicious. The Philly j*** chicken sandwich is unmatched so good, with lots of flavor. I will recommend this babas over all the rest!
