Nastiest, worst baskin robbins around. Staff is so lazy and slow that when you order 2 brownie sundaes on uber eats and pay double what it's worth, you end up with 2 single scoops of the wrong freezer burned ice cream. I wonder why...useless!

Why does Baskin Robbins 31 flavors only have 3 flavors? Your managers need to work on ordering inventory at all of the locations nearby as well.

I am soo pleased with this establishment. There was a little hiccup and I can honestly say, Mr. Yusuf made me feel very appreciated today. It's amazing how very good customer service can turn a not so good situation into a great one. will be back!!

This place is a total rip off! The price are jacked up as if they are on the Gold Coast. I pay $3.50 for a large refresher drink at the Dunkin on Torrence. But here they charged $6.00. Total greed. My advice to everyone, do not go to this place! Only if you want to be cheated out your money. And to the owner please respond so that I can hear why you feel you must raise your prices as you do. Disgraceful!

This Dunkin' Donuts is not professional at all I went inside to place my order , and I stood there for at least 10 minutes before they even welcome me, they walk right pass me as if I wasn't even there , Not welcome at all, I would not recommend this place to anyone
FOOD POISONING!! yesterday I ordered an iced coffee and an hour later experienced nausea diarrhea and fatgue.... woke up during the night sweating one minute then chills the next. ...awoke this morning running to the bathroom and stomach is still upset. Never never never will buy ANYTHING from this place.
