I was really excited to try Bill’s Grill since I loved their food when they used to come to my job at Amazon. The turkey link is absolutely phenomenal—hands down the best thing on the menu. I’ve also tried the pork link, which was good overall but could be a bit spicier.
Unfortunately, I’ve had the ribs twice now, and both times they were dry and not very fresh-tasting. I even gave them a second chance thinking it might’ve been an off day, but the issue was the same. The smoked wings were also tough.
If I come back, it’ll be for the links only. I’m willing to try the weekend brisket, but I’m disappointed because their ribs used to be amazing.

Absolutely love this place! The food is always incredible perfectly smoked meats and super friendly staff. The atmosphere is welcoming, and you can tell they put real care into everything they serve. Easily my favorite BBQ spot in town! Highly recommend.

Got the tip and chicken combo. Chicken was under seasoned as well as the tips. Everything tasted like ash tips were tough and there was a strange aftertaste of polish sausage. Waste of money. After I removed the tips and wings I realized that they owner must have wanted the sauce to do the heavy lifting. The fries were not salted. The sauce seemed to be vinegar based which left everything tasting unbalanced. This is not barbeque. I will just light up my grill the next time I want barbeque.

My lunch order was delivered less than an hour ago. I tore into those rib tips like nobody’s business!! I got takeout for my Dad Saturday from a different restaurant, but failed to order for myself. Ok. I’m making up for it today. Damn good! Not one piece of tough meat in between my teeth. The sauce is a bit tangier than I usually like (more sweet) but still very good. You can of course order without any sauce at all. Happy and pleased is an understatement. Probably won’t eat anywhere else in Chicago or Suburbs now for the rest of my life.

This was my first time ordering from this establishment, the portion size was amazing the only issue was the rib tips was so tough. The sauce was good but couldn't enjoy the meat at all. Probably why it buy one get one free and they are uneatable.

The ribs tips are tender. And the smoked wings are decent. I have it 4 stars because the sauce wasn’t hitting. It has a little watery with a strong herbal taste of either sage or poultry seasoning. I would order from the again. I just wouldn’t get the sauce or order it on the side if it’s your first time trying it. Overall I’ll give them another shot, if they fix the sauce they’ll hit

I stopped by Bill’s Grill for the first time, and it definitely won’t be my last! The rib tips and chicken wings were both outstanding — perfectly seasoned, tender, and flavorful even without any sauce. You can tell the meat was cooked with care and expertise.
The mild and spicy sauces were both excellent, but the spicy sauce stole the show — it had just the right amount of heat without overpowering the flavor. Whether you like your food saucy or straight off the grill, Bill’s Grill delivers.

This is just my opinion. But these rib tips and the turkey hot links were out of this world. I enjoyed them immensely. However, I was not too crazy about the pork hot link. It was I think cooked to long. It was mealy and mushy. The BBQ sauce, I was not a fan of it. To me it was too vinegary. The vinegar overpowered it. Now as far as the ribs. Flavor and smoke were right on point. Turkey Hot link had nice snap and heat. I would definitely be returning. One of the best Turkey Hot Links I have ever had.
