I come here usually for lunch but tonight my order was messed up… I’m very disappointed. I had to come back up here…wings barely had sauce, I was missing ranch, side was messed up. I’m literally standing here at the counter waiting… been here now 10 mins for my order to be fixed. I will be writing to corporate. Unacceptable everyone on this evening shift deserves to be fired! $20 for wings and a side yet you can’t get it right?! Yea ok!

came here on a Friday night and you can tell they are way understaffed for the night for whatever reason. Normally this would make me think twice about staying, but they have this young lady named MiMi that made sure our visit was well attended. I rarely leave reviews, but this young woman needs some recognition. From what I could tell, she was handling hosting, serving, AND bussing... THAT'S what I could see in the front... for all I know she was also in back prepping and cooking... wouldn't surprise me... her multitasking was highly efficient while being attentive to patrons... You could tell she was working to the bone, but still managed to be pleasant... this isn't anything against any other workers here because she and the manager were the only 2 we interacted with, and we only sang her praises to the manager... but if everyone has MiMi's work ethic, this bdub will be around forever...

MiMi is the star server! We came in on a night when they were short staffed and she was on her own to seat and serve 3 parties of three!! She kilt it!! She sat us all in one section and served each table with speed and efficiency!! This is the kind of employee you REWARD and APPRECIATE! Her face never reflected the pressure she was under. She displays leadership skills, takes on pressure with her own method and OWNS the scene! I noticed not ONE table was unhappy! Keep her! Reward her!

If I could give this location zero stars I would. We was sat but the sever never came and when another customer was sat they came over almost immediately. Was the worst experience I've ever had and left and went to another one.
