Would've givin no stars... ordered cake for 730 on Sunday still closed at 730 left at 745...unacceptable as a business!!! I don't even want a refund because I'm so mad i don't know how I would act... you should be giving me a refund and the money I had to pay again for a grocery store cake on my way to work party!!! 😡🤬😡🤬never again!!!

The cake I ordered tasted terrible..even my 4 year old pushed her plate away and said "I don't like it!" I will never go there again.. How embarrassing when I served it to my guests and they they just threw away their plates. I should've just bought a cake from the grocery store.

The customer service was okay, but the cake was absolutely disgusting. This was worst birthday cake I've ever had. I was so disappointed. It had no sugar and it was dry and tasted like dye and the icing was super thick and also tasteless. I would never purchase from here again a total waste of money.

I love great customer service! I love when people go out of their way when they really don't have to. They just do it because they want to make their customers happy! Not only do they have the absolute best cinnamon rolls this side of town, they have great customer service! I appreciate that!
My son cake was nasty my party guests said you can taste the dye in the frosting. I normally go to calumet bakery Lansing. Beware the frosting is nasty. The cake was dry don’t waste your money. I got a lot of frosting like 2 inches of frosting

Wow, wow, WOW! Things happen, and had to change my son’s birthday party. Called the bakery to change pick-up date, but I wasn’t aware that there is a 5-day policy (where you cannot reschedule or cancel an order 5 days ahead of pick-up). Spoke with the manager Jose, and he was absolutely pleasant and helpful on the phone. He made me a one time exception in rescheduling my cake, and thank God he did or else I would have lost $80+ and more importantly, my 6 year old would not have a cake for his birthday. Amazing staff! Will be posting photo of final product once it’s ready for pick up. Over all an awesome customer service experience!!
