I ordered a strawberry cake with fresh strawberry filling and white buttercream frosting decorations with the words birthday girl and red lips decorated on the cake it also had black ribbons that were beautifully placed along the sides of the cake. The silver edible beads wete placed beautifully around the heart shape of the cake. My daughter and her friends truly enjoyed the beauty of the cake and most importantly the fresh and moist flavor of it. Thank you so much for making my daughter's 20th birthday extra awesome! I will continue to order my family's customized birthday cakes as I have been for years from Cal City bakery for more years to come!

TERRIBLE customer service! Don’t come here if you expect to be treated like a customer at a professional bakery that cares about the people who spend (a lot) of money. Will be returning to Calumet Bakery and telling everyone I recommend to this place the same! The couple extra minutes of drive is worth it!

Would've givin no stars... ordered cake for 730 on Sunday still closed at 730 left at 745...unacceptable as a business!!! I don't even want a refund because I'm so mad i don't know how I would act... you should be giving me a refund and the money I had to pay again for a grocery store cake on my way to work party!!! 😡🤬😡🤬never again!!!

The cake I ordered tasted terrible..even my 4 year old pushed her plate away and said "I don't like it!" I will never go there again.. How embarrassing when I served it to my guests and they they just threw away their plates. I should've just bought a cake from the grocery store.

Purchased my daughters’ cake in the shape of the number 8, mermaid theme, picked up September 25th! The pics do NOT do this cake any justice & it was delicious!!! Absolutely love my cake orders from them! Thank you guys for all that you do!!!
The customer service was okay, but the cake was absolutely disgusting. This was worst birthday cake I've ever had. I was so disappointed. It had no sugar and it was dry and tasted like dye and the icing was super thick and also tasteless. I would never purchase from here again a total waste of money.
