I had the Oldtimer w/cheese lunch special and a Lemon Drop it came out to $23.09 how is that and had bad service something needs to be done about this over charging customers and she demanded a tip which I was going to give her one anyway very disappointed with this

I was denied entry with my assistance dog. They even asked for his license and did not let us be in the place. It is the first Chili's that we have had this problem.
Very poor service, I ordered online for a 6pm pick up,did not receive food till 645pm.

My son and I stopped by this location on 3/9/2025 around 3pm. When we entered we noticed no one seated at any on the tables except two. There was a full bar of customers and about 15 people waiting in the waiting area. We were told there would be a hour wait. I asked why when there's no one in here? The male greeter said he's seating everyone slowly because the kitchen just took a rush. I never heard of not seating customers because of a busy kitchen. It's a restaurant! I tried calling to speak to a manager and no one ever picked up. We left and went to Hooters down the street which had 10x more customers I assume they were denied entry by Chili's. We go seated immediately and the food was piping hot and fresh. The service was also great! We made sure to let them know! Do better Chili's!

This is one of my favorite places to dine in. The pasta is delicious, which is one of my favorites. The drinks are really good& the customer service is great! If you want to have a nice dinner & drinks with affordable prices than this is the place to go

Initial service at the bar was good, but quickly deteriorated. Our food was delayed while patrons seated after us were served first. The server ignored our concerns and provided no updates. When questioned, she hastily brought our food, realizing one dish was cold. Our chip upgrade arrived after we finished eating. The server mishandled to-go packaging and prematurely cleared my plate with food still on it. When I objected, she returned it rudely, but I no longer wanted it. She then falsely accused us of wanting free food, despite our earlier praise. We left no tip and commented on the app, but received no response from management. Based on this experience and lack of follow-up, I cannot recommend this Chili's location.
