Save yourself the trouble, skip this location. This place needs to be shut down, and I didn't want to give one star..
The customer service was extremely poor. When I arrived, the staff didn’t greet me and made me wait while tending to other tasks. When I finally tried to place an order, I was rushed and treated with clear impatience.
After being ignored, I used the mobile app to place a pickup order, only to realize it had gone to the wrong location due to the confusion at the counter. Trying to get a refund was frustrating and involved a long process, including submitting a form and waiting days for a call back.
When I placed a new order at the correct location, the service didn’t improve. The only person genuinely helpful was a Caucasian woman on staff—she was polite and attentive, while the others remained dismissive and rude. One even tossed items into my bag with an attitude when I politely asked for jam.
This store is understaffed, unorganized, and lacks basic customer service. That one helpful employee deserves recognition, but I won’t be returning.

Not a single spec of spice in my chai tea. Nothing. I’m not sure what they put in the cup. I waited until I got home to have my chai tea and rolls and not a single bit of cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg or the other spices that make up chai tea were in it. It tasted more like poison in a cup. I’ll never return to that location. I guess others already know about them as there weren’t any other customers at 8:30 in the morning and my two Boston Crème’s were stale! This location should be closed down!

Went there and spent almost $15. They did not give me my reward points and the lady going to tell me to call the number on the receipt and the number is disconnected. That's the kind of business they do up there at this Duncan Baskin Robin don't go there that crooks I know I won't go there no more. I'm old school you only got to get me once
Good evening everyone.how are you all doing? This Dunkin Donuts oh no.let me tell y’all the donuts were super hard. Harder than a rock… then it was donut day so we bought 2 beverages for 2 free donuts. One of the free donuts was supposed to be a chocolate donut with sprinkles. And the second one was going to be a chocolate long john. So when we went to go pickup our order they told us that they didn’t have the chocolate sprinkle donut and if I wanted a long John but they had already gave us the bag with 2 long John’s without making sure that we wanted the chocolate long John.. and lastly the doors were locked to go inside so we couldn’t even see what kind of donuts they have… so I don’t recommend going here..
