I was at Dunkin donut on Torrance in Calumet City, the young lady on the speaker for the drive through was not professional at all and very rude. I ordered my coffee payed for it and got to my destination and looked at my coffee and it was wrong. Went back and the door was locked and a gentleman was standing there trying to return his coffee as well Because they gave him the wrong one.
