Chicken was under cooked and had a stange taste. Got half way down the block and turned around and got a refund. The absolute worst Haralds ever been to in my entire life. Whoever they have back their cooking chicken out I have their business license and food handling license revoked. Eat there at your own risk

One of the worst Harold’s I’ve had in a while. Chicken was unseasoned and extremely dry. Something was definitely off. The fries were the biggest disappointment; It tasted like the fries were cooked, sat in the refrigerator overnight then dropped in the grease again the next day. I won’t be back.

Whoever plate and sauce the food have horrible very very bad presentation I was there on the Sunday July 20th trying them for the first time and I was very unhappy whn I got my food home and opened it. Everything tasted so dry and there was barely and sauce and lemon pepper as I requested.

This is not about the chicken, it's about the desert. It was purchased this evening. The cake was starting to mold. Tried to call the store several times no answer to let them know. I threw it away, too far to drive back. A waste!

Please do not eat here. The very worst, very very poor service and total incompetence from the employees here. Horrible sanitation, and very bad ventilation, you can’t even sit in there wait on food it’s extremely smoky

I've had a lot of chicken in my 54 years. I grew up in Chicago. I've been to chicken shack, rib tip joint and fish chip places. This is the best chicken I have ever had.

Went in no one was at the front said hello multiple times no one came to the front. I left. Y’all should get a bell or something to acknowledge customers. Working in the back with the door closed not acknowledging anyone’s presence is diabolical. I’ll try the one on state.

The person who took my order was polite and professional. My only advice would be to order an hour ahead of the time you actually want to eat. That way, when you get there, the wait will be like maybe 5 to 10 minutes. If you just walk in and order, prepare to be there for a WHILE.

Visited the restaurant on 5/18/25, not pleased at all. Lunch specials were advertised on the window. However, upon going inside to place an order, it's falsely advertised for Sundays. To save myself from being embarrassed, I'd placed a regular order. The attitude going back and forth wasn't necessary regarding the false advertisement. And you wonder why not all black businesses are being supported.
