Harold’s chicken calumet city

They don’t open on time . Lunch special starts at 10:30am . It’s 11:00 am and the door is still locked . What’s really going on ?

Absolutely love this Harold’s Chicken location! Food always fresh! Love the workers! Very clean! Very generous with the sauce!

My husband chicken had hair in it, not one piece but two different pieces how that happen they will never get another dollar over here. An not u can u come bring it back for a exchange hell u cooking it in the same damn grease. No Thank you..We got to do better as a cook /server ..

I had the Chicken Tenders. They were terrible. Didn't eat them whine up throwing them away. Perhaps if I go to this one again I'll order wings.

Harold Pierce would roll over in his grave and jump out of the ground if he stopped by this particular location. Dingy and outdated with absolutely no AC in the waiting area. And they don’t even care about you enough to throw a few folding chairs in the lobby. Head over to Route 30 in Dyer Harold would be proud of that location. Something tells me he would yank the franchise from this location and have them hit the road and buy a different franchise. Not all Harold’s locations are run in the spirit of the great Harold Pierce.

They never answer the phone and I went up there to place my order in the store and no one was behind the counter. The place was open but nobody there to take my order. I tried to give this place several chances but they should just close the doors.

Wow' harold chicken was.greatt.I' really enjoyed my chicken. But there was one thing. missing was.myy' cold slow.so in the mean time. I' will visit Herold's. chicken again.when in Chicago.on a' better occasion! Thanks young lady whom. Walked outside too car.too bring my order.she was a' doll.and great Personally! ??god bless your beautiful heart

This is a terrible Harolds! I asked for fried hard and after tasting I decided to bring it back a young girl told me I can get replaced! I brought it back and the old missing teeth lady inspected my food and had this other lady come out and tell me I can only get 3 wings replaced as if it’s a big inconvenience for them to replace my whole meal as I just had to come back and couldn’t enjoy my meal! It’s hot in the waiting area and their hours of operation are never valid! I will be reporting them until someone takes action! Hire New management cause that lady has terrible customer service

Harold's chicken was the best chicken sold in the brown community. Now apparently it's serving up inferior food. There's no more care and quality and it's ashame. Ask and pay for what you want. Get it home and it is one great disappointment!!!!!! I'm taking my business else where.

The service was terrible. The restaurant was extremely hot with no ventilation and my gizzards didn't have hardly any mild sauce like I requested. The gizzards had mostly hot sauce. My bread was old an tearing apart. Save your money!

erased my last reviee and made sure to update. If i gad to base my review on food alone, its definitely a 5. You pbviously can tell your food is fried fresh, because its juicy, crunchy and hot to the touch.Nice ppl

I placed four orders( 3)1/2 mixed chicken & four wings with ketchup, mild sauce, and hot sauce on the fries and the chicken. The picture below is what I got. I noticed on the window they say no cash refund no refund whatsoever so I asked her at the window. Did she make sure she put sauce all three on the fries and the chicken she said yes the bag was taped up. When I said there’s no mild sauce, hot sauce or catch up on the chicken she said the only thing I can offer you to come back and get the sauce. I asked her will it be a large container she said no the small containers of sauce that’s not even worth my trouble in my gas driving another 25 minutes. I told her never mind lesson learned. I’ll never go to this Harold’s again.
