Wow' harold chicken was.greatt.I' really enjoyed my chicken. But there was one thing. missing was.myy' cold slow.so in the mean time. I' will visit Herold's. chicken again.when in Chicago.on a' better occasion! Thanks young lady whom. erased my last reviee and made sure to update. If i gad to base my review on food alone, its definitely a 5. You pbviously can tell your food is fried fresh, because its juicy, crunchy and hot to the touch.Nice ppl
I’ve been coming to this Harold’s for over 10 years and the customer service has been decent. Last few years it has gone down. Now they don’t take cash and charge a service fee to use card, then they mess up your order and don’t refund you the service charge and charge you another service charge on the correct order….. food is good but do better for your customers.
Parking: It’s a one way in the lot and people park the wrong way all the time.
