Highly flavored Chicago city grill

Rating a 5 for food along with customer service. This is my second time placing an uber eats order with them. I had the fried turkey leg the first time which tasted pretty good. This time around I ordered the catfish and Turkey burger. I received the wrong order, and requested a refund. Once they realized the mistake, they reached out to me immediately so I could receive the correct order. The correct order was delivered within 15 minutes or so. This is the first time a restaurant has actually reached out to me on uber eats so I appreciated that.

Over hyped & over priced .. lamb chops was too salty & raw in the middle

We stumbled upon this place by accident. The lamb chops, rice, broccoli, jerk egg rolls, jerk chicken, and the garlic bread was too darn delicious. We will be getting catering in the future. Please go support. It will not disappoint.

Disgusting. I order the chicken and shrimp Alfredo and it was drowned in sauce, wayyyyy too much !! It was like over the top to much sauce and to much damn cheese 🧀 more sauce or cheese doesn’t mean good all the time. I had to throw out the whole thing, I couldn’t even force myself to eat it. It was just that disgusting

I ordered 3 steak tacos and I would definitely show you what I got, I am not happy ,first time. I won't give up yet

And the jerk chicken wrap was good also I love the fish and grits that’s my go to for lunch.

THe food that yall just sent to my crib yall can unalive and i mean it . Atrocious find somebody else to play with. The chicken was greasy like they took it right out the grease and put it in the container. The fries where old. The order was incorrect does that look like buffalo wings. I hope ya breaks go out. I’ve had better food in jail seriously

I read through some of the comments, and I’m relieved to see I’m not the only one who felt this way. I really wanted to support this place and was so excited to try their unique menu items. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I ordered the hot honey wings, which tasted more like wings with a sweet dressing (like Thousand Island or ketchup)—there was no spice at all, which was frustrating. The fries were completely UNSEASONED, and I was so disappointed I ended up tossing them out, including the ones that came with my vegan Smash burger. Speaking of the burger, it wasn’t even what I expected—just two store-bought veggie patties, nothing like the smash-style burger I was hoping for.

Then I tried their buffalo mac and cheese, something I’d been really looking forward to because I’ve never had it before. Sadly, it didn’t live up to my expectations either, and I’ll likely try another restaurant for that experience. I’m not sure what all the hype is about. I do want to give them another chance but not on my expense. They certainly make the food look appealing and fresh, but taste-wise, it fell flat. I was especially disappointed because I wanted to support a Black-owned business, but the food just didn’t reflect the passion I was hoping for. I sincerely hope they take the feedback into account.

I literally went to this place twice…AND BOTH EXPERIENCES DID NOT DISAPPOINT AT ALL!! The Smash burger and the jerk chicken Mac N Cheese was delicious! And their drinks were delicious as well! After I had one bite, I walked out the restaurant and walked back in it because the flavor was on high! I will be back!

The best food ever. I enjoyed catfish and gouda grits. This place has amazingly delicious food.

The catfish was hard. The Alfredo mac & cheese was dry. Asparagus was the best thing that I received. I will not be going back to this place. The hype is not real.
