They are OVERPRICED! For the food to taste bland, it lacked flavor. Their honey sauce is really good, but the sauce didn’t make it taste better. This was my 3rd time trying them.. Idk what changed in the last 3-4 months

Food is good but the customer service is terrible. They rarely awnser the phone. Today I called 6 times for them to finally awnser then put me on hold and never come back to the phone. I listened to the lady take multiple other orders. Talk about getting her hair done and laughing and joking and doing everything else.

Just came from here fro downtown Chicago to get the worst experience ever ordered 8pc mixed chicken combo waited 45 mins to receive 4 legs and 4 thighs cold fries no cole slaw and 4pc of my chicken looked old called to speak to a manger and was told I'll have to wait for another day to get the rest of my money back I mean a small fry was all the can accommodate me with very mad the cook grabs the phone to tell me I'm lying and hung up i will be there in the morning because you charged me for something I didn't get and that what you call a company stealing after tomorrow I won't ever return

This is the worst chicken place to go to. They used to sell whole chicken wings and now try to pass off smaller wings as the same thing and even went us on their cost. Then when i try to return the food bc they werent whole wings like I usually get they say i cant get a refund bc i didnt check the bag before i left. Im never coming here again. Management is terrible and just tries to pass on subpar food thats overpriced. Go to sharks, or harolds, or crystals or anywhere else. This place is declining and i will never be back. The owner was no help and it just seems like they try to take advantage of hungry guests. They know what they're doing to get over. Save yourself the headache. Ill never be back

Have been coming here for years. The wings that I received tonight were so little and overpriced. Paid $46 for 18 wings and a large fry. If you’re going to lower the quality of chicken lower the price also. If the business was still open while I’m leaving this review I would go and demand a full refund. This is ridiculous.
