I used instacart for my orders from Irie Jerk Hut #1. Yesterday, I ordered lunch from them for me and my husband. The oxtails lunch was amazing, and the jerk rib tips dinner was even more so!!! Our problem was with the jerk chicken salad - it looked NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS ADVERTISED!!! The photo on the left was the photo describing the appearance of the salad; the picture on the right is the mess that was delivered to my house!!! This salad on the right looks like they put together leftover scraps and substituted carrot slices for the tomatoes and cucumbers because they ran out of the actual ingredients for the salad. I am very disappointed in this, and while I would purchase from them again, I would NEVER EVER waste my money on their salad because they don't put in the appropriate effort into honoring the appearance of their salad; it looked so unappetizing i couldn't eat it!!!

This is the worst restaurant to visit the people who answer the phone are so ignorant and disrespectful. You asking them questions and they don't even know what comes in a product some days, the fish be so bogus and dry then when you tell them they try to talk to you nasty and don't never use your credit card here you will start seeing charges on your credit card. Unrespecting from out of nowhere. The people who work there are always doing fine and stealing people information.It hasn't happened to me.I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone and never use your credit card in

One of my favorites. Lunch special was right on time
Ordered around 7 and she was out of Mac and cheese . When I got there I asked if there was more made and she RUDELY said I don’t know what you ordered . Yams and Mac and cheese was both out she said . And the cabbage is not it . For the Rude attitude the food isn’t even worth it 🤷🏽♀️ the cabbage is TO HARD AND CRUNCHY .its not soft like cabbage should be . The Mac and cheese my friend had was good but tasted like it came on the box . The yams was soft and sweet z the jerk season should come on the chicken if I ask for a jerk chicken meal the chicken should be on there already when I open the container not me put it on . Deff fix your attitude singing music and ignoring people who are talking to you and trying to pay is unacceptable. Being rude when your food isn’t even worth it is crazy work . DEFF WONT BE COMIN BACK just off her vibe towards customers
