This taco truck did not miss! We both ordered tacos 2 different types and the flavor was there for both. I was delighted by the filling for the veggie tacos: beans, rice, lettuce, pico, sour cream, cheese and avocado. So delicious I really appreciated the freshness of the veggies. My co worker had steak tacos and a chicken quesadilla. I’ve never seen a more meat filled quesadilla. He said it had excellent flavor. We both are visitors at Ford and typically don’t have time to eat. Seeing the taco truck and learning of its popularity we were so happy to try it. This truck is well worth it, what you get for the price is flavor and value.

This truck is a neighborhood favorite in Calumet City. They bank on their good food and their personalities. I've eaten their shrimp tacos, pork and steak tortas, but my "go to" food that I'll vouch for are their burritos. I'll generally purchase the steak burrito suiza, and I can never complain about how tasty they are, no matter what cook is on the grill any particular day. First of all, the steak is lean and seasoned nicely. I do not like pulling pieces of fat out of my mouth. They also do not load them with rice or beans as fillers. I have one in my photos from a quiet weekend visit that was 98% steak and was massive! I don't expect that to happen often, but maaannnn, I did not do any of that "I'll eat half now and finish the other half later" stuff. I unsnapped my jeans and went to work. By the way, they're fast unless you have a huge order, but they'll tell accurate times, which is usually 10-15 minutes. I call in my orders.
