This is becoming a little ridiculous. Google says they are open but this is the second day in a role that I came at 3:55-400am and they are not taking any orders, said their system is down or their not serving breakfast at this time. I ask what time are they serving breakfast or even serving? They said 4:30am. Ok so this needs to be on GOOGLE. Don’t say your open when really you’re not. And I bet if I got around the same time tomorrow they will say the exact same thing. On top of that IT WAS ANOTHER PEOPLE WAITING IN LINE AS WELL OR EVEN WAITING AT THE WINDOW TRYING TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON.

This has to be the worst McDonald in the area.I order the small chicken McGriddle meal everyday however today the person taking the order decided to charge me individually for each item.I ask to speak to the manager and she was extremely rude saying that she don’t steal her customers money.My manager then started speaking Spanish to the other employees and rolling her eyes saying that she couldn’t do anything about and couldn’t give me a refund.My only question was why is there almost a 4.00 dollar difference with the price.I put my exact order into the app which is normally higher my total was $13.28 however when I went thru the drive thru my total was $16.02.

At least 4 of the workers walked past me! Did not greet me at all! I had 3 orders and only received ONE after half an hour. Not to mention 2 of the employees were playing around at the front counter.

Im tired of having to take my burgers apart and actually putting it together like a burger. If i wanted a sloppy joe burger i would have ordered it that way. Especially the ones in boxes, food just gets thrown in there like if ur throwing away garbage, gets hella messy everywhere even inside the bag because they dont be closing the box correctly half the time. The only time i get my stuff correct is the morning shift people for breakfast.

They didn't put mayonnaise on any of the things that should have Mayonnaise on them. I used to work at a McD's myself and did not expect to come home to dry food. Lady at second window seemed reluctant after asking for a small thing. Literally any other McD's is better.
Update: 2 weeks later I decide to give them another shot I order quarter pounders and one of them was still semi raw. No estaba cocido bien. No recomiendo ir aqui, fallan mucho.
