This place has gone down the drain. The food is horrible and some of the workers are worse. We got a super spicy chicken sandwich with a lot of pickles when I asked for a regular chicken sandwich, no pickles. The beef in the quarter pounder tasted rancid. The nuggets were seriously undercooked with raw breading. We couldn't eat any of it. Disgusting.

VERY RUDE MANGER, and didn't want to help me get a refund. I made a simple mobile order, but when I got to the window, they told me that item was not available and they refused to give me a refund. Told me to do it on the app and figure it our myself. The app doesn't have a customer strive number or a way to get a refund, so they said to contact my bank. The manger was very rude and just wanted me out of her line. Disgusting customer service. The order was less than $5, they could've easily given me just small cash back and all solved but they wanted to keep the money and line moving by pushing the problem to someone else.
