I have been a Panda Express Customer for years and historically, I have been a happy customer.
Lately, the food has been undercooked and tastes terrible.
I’m not sure what happened, but I avoid this location.
The other locations are better.

Placed an order through the app and the line was out to the main road and not moving. I decided to try to call and cancel but they would not answer the phone. I tried waiting to see if it would get automatically cancelled but I never received a refund or my food. I tried calling again a week later to see if they would pick up but the phone automatically told me the lines were busier than usual and to go to their website.
Honestly this was the worst experience by far with Panda Express. The chow mein was the worst I've ever had in my life. I have been to this location many times and well. The service and food is usually just fine. They’ve definitely made mistakes before, but I’ve never felt the need to post a review because I understand mistakes happen. This time I genuinely wonder what happened and how they let food like that come out of the kitchen. The chow mein was 60 percent cabbage and that makes me angry considering in this economy you spend money and food and expect it to be edible. The pieces of cabbage were huge and bitter and due to the amount of cabbage it changed the consistency of the noodles. It feels a bit ridiculous to have to write such a long review but at the same time the food was unacceptable.
