Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

My husband went inside. He ordered three items. They didn't put one of those items in my bag, which wasn't realized until we got home. When I called the phone number, it didn't ring. It appeared to be disconnected. It was raining cows and goats outside and I had no choice but to drive back to the restaurant.
When I returned to the restaurant I was met with an unaccomodating attitude. The young lady offered to get me the missing item. I requested that my entire order be replaced because I didn't want one item to be hot and the other items to be cold. The young lady looked at me as if I had made the most ridiculous request. I will say, she did accommodate my request. It's just that, her face and her body language told me that she was not happy about doing it. When I requested a couple of extra dipping sauces, she didn't want to give them to me. She did go ahead and give me one of them and said that the management doesn't like them to hand out stuff. I stated to her that after everything that I have had to deal with, based off of the fact that they did not give me the proper order, I would think that was the least they could do.
When we finally left the restaurant, I did make the young lady aware of the fact that I was planning to leave a descriptive comment about the location.

The manager and staff are always pleasant. I used to go to the Popeyes in South Holland, but I prefer the Calumet City location. The food is always hot, and my order is always correct. The manager is very professional and pleasant. Please keep up the excellent work it is truly appreciated.

Just went to pick up some chicken that I had already paid and they’re acting like they don’t have it claiming they don’t have any chicken.

I normally don't write reviews.
But the food at this Popeyes was nasty 🤮 as hell.
The chicken wings look like they had them for months.
I wish I would have followed the star rating 😞. The comments are the truth.

Who ever was there today around 1:30 was sitting in the lobby rolling a blunt with the manager . Yall gotta get it together it’s still a food establishment . Black people never seem to amaze me

Food and service were excellent. Bathroom needed a bit of cleaning (but I had seen worse) The lady who took my order was pleasant, and did a great job!!
